Personal Liberty is an oxymoron , govt. granted liberty is a privilege , so can be revoked , learn the legal meaning of words , concealed carry is far and away the best , think about it , stealth is the only way to go for many many reasons , open carry is basically for the ego , and making yourself an easy target , this debate on open carry plays into "their" hands..............
