NLA (National Liberty Alliance) Members! Attention!

I commend you all on your efforts and consistency to try and bring about the real system of law.

The reason I am writing this article is because I care about everyone and wish to see this done safely and proper. I have had many conversations with John Darash 4 years ago and a few more recently. Back when he was with the New York Committeemen was when I first got in touch with John. I taught John much about establishing the De Jure grand juries. I gave John all the information and the blueprint for lawfully assembling people, and forming a petite grand jury of atleast 13 (12+1) or more in a county. Then publishing a settlement of the county as a notice in the local paper. After 21 days or so (rebuttal period), attend the next county commissioner meeting and read the settlement into the meeting minutes. After 2/3 counties are settled, then you can do the same at state level just like Michigan did. You are settlers on the land. This becomes solid ground for standing for the petite grand jury. You must have solid ground for standing or you will collapse as a trespass. You cannot go into that private corporation UNITED STATES expecting to be able to set up shop. You will be trespassing! You must set up the abandoned De Jure common law court on your own! You must have a court to be a branch of as a Grand Jury. You must appoint or elect your own justices. This is just repeating how our country was established, this is creating nothing new. Would you go into a WalMart store and take over the back room to set up your own store? Think about it. Other Michigan people and I have contacted John recently and attempted to get him back on track and he seems to not listen now. Ego? Not sure why.

John ignored most of what he was given to do it right and decided to educate all of you on coming together as jury members and constituting counties and states even if there is only one of you in that county or state. WTH is that? I have never heard of counties or states being constituted anywhere in American history! You are putting bulls-eye on your backs as targets by corporate Homeland Security, corporate state and local police and courts! This is why I am reading news of some arrests of NLA members here and there. All John had to do was duplicate what the people in Michigan did. John was given everything needed. How hard is that? Have you ever hear of anyone being arrested that are members of the Michigan Assembly? Never Happened. Michigan is done and has settled the state! Now Michigan moves forward as the Letter To The Editor posted at the top here on nesaranews shows.

My suggestion to all of you would be to do some research on how it was done in the past and trace the footsteps to bring it forward. Please do not go into this private corporation book balancing office that poses and acts like a court with it's actors and try to take over. It will not happen. You will end up in jail with some pretty nasty charges against you.

And finally... Will you NLA members please stop promoting NLA in the comments here on nesaranews? I really don't want to see more people put in harm's way than there already is. I have not been approving your comments promoting NLA due to this.
