Texas man arrested for paying tax in $1 bills.........

April 11, 2015

A man in Texas has been arrested while trying to pay his tax in $1 bills for “disrupting the operation and efficiency” of the local tax office.
Timothy Norris, 27, was trying to pay his $600 property tax at a tax office in Wichita Falls, Texas, last Wednesday when he was told to leave the office by Tax Assessor Collector Tommy Smyth. Smyth accused Norris of creating a disturbance and disrupting the efficiency of the authority as the latter wanted to pay the whole sum with $1 bills.
However, the banknotes were folded very tightly so it “required tax office personnel approximately six minutes to unfold each bill,” Smyth said, the Times Record News reported.
Unfolding the bills paralyzed work in the office, so Smyth asked Norris to leave. However, the latter refused. The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office deputy who was present as the situation unfolded tried to arrest Norris but he pulled away and the deputy had to use force to detain him.
Norris was charged with criminal trespass and additionally charged with resisting arrest. Norris’ bail was announced as standing at $500 for both charges.

I heard they were slow in the south but I don't believe all are slow just government workers.

Just how could you spend six min. unfolding each bill no mater how it was folded?

He is going to loose this one though with the judges we have today. They will be able to write a bond on this for about 1Mil. That would give the county back about $800,000 for the judges retirement and other uses.

Remember you are money in the pocket for these guys if they can make something stick and if not it will still feed the Lawyers' pockets. Ken T.

Oh where is the injured party in this case?

If anyone should be arrested it should be Tommy Smyth and the rest of the illegal tax office.

Charging taxes to a sovereign citizen of the Republic of the United States is illegal
The private corporation of the Federal Reserve, that are not a part of the Federal governmentbut rather privately owned banking system prints illegal notes backed not by gold that is of value but rather backed by debt owed by people and countries that they the Fed. have brainwashed and enslaved to pay these taxes. There is no law written that says you have to pay taxes. How long will we continue to pay these corrupt banksters?!!!

You just wish sometimes that you could catch this stuff as it happens or just before. It is a classic case of knowing just enough to get you in trouble, just just too little to be successful. If he had known more about it, he would have known, and been able to prove, that if a legal form of payment is presented, *and is refused* then the debt is automatically discharged. He could have given the code and regulation for it and basically walked away, with the $600 discharged with no recourse because they refused to take the payment. Unless they went ahead and took the $1 bills after they knew the man knew what he was talking about.
There was a man who (this is from memory so details will be sketchy, just saying) has a similar situation who actually knew what he was doing and went into the tax office to pay a tax bill. In PENNIES. And it was thousands of dollars if I remember right. e also had the documentation of the legal payment refused, debt discharged thing. They had no recourse but to take the pennies, count them and mark his bill as paid. If they had refused (they also knew the statute because he brought it to their remembrance) then the bill would have been completely discharged.
Please if you are going to do stuff like this, make SURE you know what you are doing and have the documentation ON HAND to prove what you are doing is legal (not necessarily lawful, there is a difference).

Oh, wait! I missed part of it, too! He was "charged" with "criminal" tresspass. I would have asked for the warrant from the judge, and asked who the injured party is (there was none) and who signed the contract (complaint) giving them the authority to have control.
Maxims of Law:
All law is commerce.
All commerce is contracts
No contract, NO LAW!
In order for there to be a crime, there must be an injured party (the state cannot be such a party).
The injured party can only be a human who has sustained personal or property damages. The state cannot be a party because the state is a fictitious entity which has no hand to sign a complaint or contract.
Drive carefully!

WTF is this bullshit about criminal trespass and resisting kidnap? This seems to be the status quo bogus charges all these nazi Blue Gang members throw at everyone when they have no real reason or valid explanation why they have harassed, plundered, harmed or murdered someone to satisfy their adrenalin fix.

"criminal" trespass" If this is public property then how is it a "criminal" trespass"?

Would you happen to know the answer to that as I don't? Ken T.
