Paypal will be implementing their own Beast Chip to replace passwords in the new Paypal spinoff...if you wish to continue use of Paypal without having to opt in, sign up for Paypal basic and change your name in the county you reside without using a Hospital Birth register.
This will allow you to continue using Paypal, otherwise you will have to join the entire globe in using the microchip system it was recently conveyed. The dominant Paypal system goes online very soon!
