Here's the latest. The plans are continuing to be put into effect and the news if read carefully is full of major changes being instigated.
It behooves everyone to sit tight, watch and make no rash moves. Just sit tight -- you have waited this long; you can wait a short while longer.
As Zap has said, there are numerous things occurring which are all about closing all loop holes for any laundering much more then any one might consider. Where there's a will there's a way; not always!

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) has reported that 24 banks took part in its currency auction on Thursday.
A total of $85,993,000 was sold at a price of 1166 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) per dollar.

ANOTHER INDICATOR OF THE NEARNESS OF THE GCR I WOULD VENTURE.
