Sheriff Stands Up to IRS, Cancels Land Sale

This one comes to us from Ben Swan. In a surprisingly valiant and brave move, Eddy County Sheriff Scott London made history when he became the first Sheriff in at least 25 years, maybe more, reported to stand up to, and physically block the IRS from seizing an innocent American (and his property), who had not yet had his day in court.
Sheriff London stood down US Marshalls at the gate of the citizens property, refusing them entry, and successfully averting an illegal seizure, which would have amounted to a government kidnapping.
Sheriff London admits this brave act was done as a result of him fully learning his job role and the Constitution that he swore an Oath to uphold.

U.S.Code: Title 26 INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, look it up,[ http://www.law..cornell.edu/uscode/text/26] Title 26 has never been passed into positive law. So from what I have read and understood, the I.R.S. has no rights, in a court of law .outside of the District of Columbia. It is right there in black and white. They {I.R.S.} has no rights to your property or you do not have to pay Federal taxes, they get you to pay thru scare tactics and threats, it is time for we the people to challenge these bullies, and say enough, go back to the District of Columbia, where you have jurisdiction.

Just who do Sheriffs work for? Everyone might want to take the time to ask your local sheriff. Ask them to rethink about it. Sheriffs salaries, cars, uniforms, guns and ammo, and the very building they work, is pay for by tax dollars, correct?, . . . .yet, they, sheriffs work for the attorneys, lawyers, judges, and courts, spending a big bulk of their days delivering summons, subpoenas and receiving payment, on top of their tax payer paid salaries, for doing so, correct? Does that sound like racketeering, extortion to the tax payers? It does to me. Worse yet, if you need protection from a rogue intruder of your rights(including attorneys themselves), . . . will your sheriff tell you, "you need to hire an attorney" or another attorney? That HAS happened to me!

I would like to congratulate Sheriff London for his recognition of his job responsibilities and being a FIRST in a long overdue task, . . .taking a stand against offenders of our God given rights - outside the corrupt failing/failure court system. Great Job, Sheriff London! I'm proud of you! If James Arness, a.k.a. U.S. Marshall Matt Dillon of the great ole show "Gun Smoke," were still alive, he too would be very proud of you! You actions should, one would think, be common place, . . . what an ironic fact.
