Major Power Outages Hit West Texas Community - Dumb Smart Meters - Again? SAFETY BULLETIN
This time the power outages in the West Texas Community of San Angelo, Tx. are major enough that a local online news article at www dot gosanangelo dot com posted an article on it and how residents should not call 911 to report the outage, but listed the AEP phone number and online link to notify of power failures. Probably, there must have been so many respondents calling 911 over this it required a public notification to ease the emergency services loads.
In the interest of safety, people are being informed to regard traffic lights which have failed as four way stop intersections.
No matter how hard the electrical contractors keep working on the lines to maintain the local grid it seems these pesky outages continue to occur and this one looks like a real 'doozie'. Though most of the recent house fires and other fires in the area have been listed under various causes it still is apparent that there are way too many fires since the introduction of Smart Meters and many of the house fires are on older structures.
Whether the Smart Meters or the Smart Meter corresponding 'new' transformers are causing the problems it does seem that the grid has been made weaker and is less dependable than before these Smart Meter radio meters were installed in so many homes and businesses.
When will the Smart Meter advocates and electric companies step up and change the grid back to a dependable one which could not be easily hacked and easily broken by weather?

: Reported - Family blames smart meter on house fire that killed
: 74-year-old - Smart Meters = waivers
: The bottom line is - if the so-called 'Smart Meters' can be
: bad for houses with older wiring then the 'Smart Meters'
: are probably just plain bad for any structure. Speaking of
: 'stuck-on-stupid', the utilities companies unyieldingly
: continue the defective practice of installing and using
: these defective devices, 'Smart Meters'.
: It is not fair to charge a customer to not use this meter to
: opt for the older ones. Meter readers only have to drive by
: with their optics and view the meter and log the usage down
: and drive on, but the utilities companies prefer to
: discount your price if you allow the installation of the
: defective 'Smart Meter' to spy on your every activity right
: in your home.
: Therefore, as I have long maintained - isn't the installation
: of a 'Smart Meter' a violation of your rights to be secure
: in your homes, in your papers and possessions? Isn't it a
: waiver that waives your rights under the law against
: illegal search and seizure? Were you informed the Smart
: Meters would spy on you?
: There is an almost constant flood of new suspicious fires in
: this area, even in town nearby in businesses. Even Hastings
: had a smoke-related fire type problem which shut them down
: recently. When will the utilities companies 'own
: up'???!!!!!! If the linemen who install and repair these
: electrical systems would tell the truth they would condemn
: these defective Smart Meters.
: Just because you're insured doesn't mean those heirlooms and
: photo albums, etc., can be replaced. Some things mean
: something to people, you know. I haven't dwelt on these
: putrid Smart Meters for awhile and just sit back and watch
: these fires, one after another, but every now and then it
: motivates me to post something on them.
: The U.S. has become so much of a piece of excrement due to the
: greedy corporations it stinks and reeks to high heaven now.
: Meanwhile members of Congress sit back and continue to
: fatten their bank accounts on such investments.
