Lawmakers Trying To Pass Bill Exempting Politicians From Arrest And Prosecution For Corruption

corrupt-lawmakers
Taking payoffs, breaking the law and pushing through unconstitutional legislation as special favors to corporate interests has long been par for the course in politics. But now Representative Kevin Calvey (R – Oklahoma City) wants to make it official and make it illegal to arrest any state officials accused of a public offense.
Representative Calvey has introduced House Bill 2206, which would prohibit Oklahoma’s district attorneys from prosecuting state officials, granting that power exclusively to the state’s Attorney General. This would exempt lawmakers from prosecution of nearly any crimes that are normally handled at the local level.

The bill proposes the following:
“The jurisdiction of a prosecution against a principal in the commission of a public offense, when such principal is a state elected official, state legislator, district court judicial officer, appellate judicial officer or an appointee of a state board or state commission at the time of the commission of the offense, is within the sole and exclusive prosecutorial authority of the Attorney General of Oklahoma. Such an action must be filed in the county of residence of the state officer.”
“It’s a big deal to me. I’m upset and concerned,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater explained. “This bill creates a different class of citizens that would be protected from the normal prosecution process.”
“I am suspicious … that is what this is really about,” Prater added.

Rep. Calvey, said that he filed the bill because there is “malicious prosecution” of politicians. He cited the prosecution in Texas of former Gov. Rick Perry. But Calvey is in Oklahoma, and Perry is no longer in office, though he is fighting an abuse-of-power indictment that he says is politically motivated.
While Calvey says he doesn’t think anything “so outrageous” would happen in Oklahoma, he adds “who knows who will get elected to those offices in the future? I do think it’s just better to prevent that kind of thing from ever arising… The point is to not allow a locally elected official to effectively have undue influence over statewide policy.”

The bill never goes into specifics on what would be considered a public offense, thus providing immunity to lawmakers for nearly any criminal activity at the local level. Since Calvey himself acknowledges that the point would be to avoid legislators or politicians from being prosecuted for abuse-of-power, this bill proposes to set forth a very dangerous precedence that could lead to even less accountability for politicians.

The American People are under all types of laws, restrictions and taxes, do's and don'ts. To disobey, means, fines, jails and taking away of rights.. The government and elected offcials, make these laws, they decide what can and cannot be done. Then we hear that these so called goodie two shoes that hold the strings to our lives, are all sorts of law breakers ..Above the laws they wrote for the people. Every government and elected office holder should LIVE UNDER the same rules of law, they want the people to live by. Otherwise, if they don't , they should NOT be allowed to hold ANY office! Seeing, hearing and living under this administration... what a silly thing for anyone to consider, let alone expect....sillier more.. for me to just think...

All these judges and appellate judges committing crimes of stealing people's homes under the color of law or authority, and false imprisonment over victimless crimes, and stealing children or accusing children of things that weren't a crime when those accusers were children.
People complain to the local prosecutor, local police, sheriff, district attorney and each says they can't prosecute.
If they are secret society they will protect each other under secret oaths.
Someone has to bring back the rule of law.

Here someone is trying to say, if they commit a crime while in their office, their position in their office does not protect them, (back to the all men are created equal and an office does not make a man more equal than another man who is equal)
If one does anything that is outside the duties of their office they can be prosecuted in their official capacity by the Attorney General.

Local court has NO JURISDICTION the judges, clerks, prosecutors, and officers do not have sworn oaths.
Judicial system is used to slander, kidnap, and imprison people for property/ransom and bondage. They exist to make it virtually impossible to live or exist in society unless you ignore your conscience and bow to their will. People go to court to get evidence for appeal and you hope the appellate judges are not corrupt too.

Sleepwalkers and half awakers, most of those positions are held by BAR members. They will clean their own house.

We The People with each word having a capital letter is not normal English grammar. We, at the beginning of a sentence, will begin with a capital letter. If it's within the sentence it will be lower case unless it's a proper noun, the name of a specific person, place, or thing. We, the people, would be proper grammar written identify who we are referring to with the word 'we'.
In a legal dictionary, you'll find out state is people and people are state. I'm not going to argue a legal definition, someone needs to expand their knowledge.

People are in various states; the state of conscience, the state of being, the state of life. Someone knew core knowledge now people know what someone they trust and believe tells them.

Sovereigns are here, and we are tired of being caught in the net of criminality. There is a bible city that would not have been destroyed if they could find 10 people worth saving, and couldn't find them (they all belonged to the corrupted city), it got to the point that when they found those worth saving they helped them escape the destruction. Let those left tell the story, the bad guys running the system destroyed all of the people living in the system, similar to the (they want to kill or fema camp all US Citizens argument), but let someone who knows the truth tell the story they will say there was a family that opted out and refused to participate in that criminal system and were saved. Who needed to know who was saved? Only the family that was saved needed to know, the hive mind group got what they wanted collectively.
If Noah has an Ark and tells you if you stay it's gonna rain, you can't blame Noah when you drown can ya?
if someone writes a doc and says if you belong they will kill ya or fema camp you, you can't blame them if you keep participating can ya?

And like Morpheus said in The Matrix, the very people you are trying to protect will fight to the death to save the system that imprisons them.

There's a lot of childhood stories written just for you, about you. The Ant and the Grasshopper, The Little Red Hen.
Just because you aren't doing anything and can't see anything change doesn't mean no one is doing anything nor does it mean no thing is changing.
