I have a feeling that they were never told the truth that they are serving in the cabals military for their greedy wars and for them to make money....
Our military was never meant for nation building and protecting CIA poppy fields in Afghanistan.....

Our servicemen should be honored but how many of them actually serve in a war zone? 50% of your salary for 30-40 years is not a bad deal at all for someone who has not served in a true war zone. All of them take a second job, most of them try to get a job that gives them another retirement also.
I want to be generous with all but almost nobody gets a defined benefit pension anymore.
