Years ago I wrote a two page report of condensed court decisions and
federal civil rights acts giving you the recognized legal right to
civilly sue and criminally prosecute those in the federal government
(and state government also!) if they try to violate your legal rights as
an American citizen. This was one of the most popular reports I ever

legal right of the American people to defend their legal rights by legal

To show the deceptive nation of the federal government in some
federal circles, the federal reserve banker who handled the financing of
World War II for the federal government wrote a report for the ruling
elite of America. I have a copy in my files. He said that World War II
proved that the federal government did not need federal income taxes for
financing itself. However, it needed federal income taxes to give
itself the legal excuse to spy on the private lives of the American
people, regulate their lives what they would be allowed to do or not in
their private lives, and to give the federal government the legal front
to decide how much money it would allow the average American to earn
annually in America or not!
As so much of federal and state law is over financial issues, it is
good to know your legal rights to handle your own finances and financial
decisions governing your life instead of your would-be masters in
government looking over your shoulder and telling you what they will
allow you to spend your money in whether in health, food, homes, cars,
spend on wife, husband, children, etc. When they make your decisions in
life for you instead of yourself and your family, how much freedom or
good life is this in America?

rights in America for real as those in government will face the legal
wrath of ten legal trustees over Wash., D.C. created by the Omni Law who
will arrest them if they try to get criminal on you and prosecute them
to the fullest extent of the law if that is what is required to stop
criminal acts against American citizens by some corrupt and criminal
elements working for the federal government. There are good people in
government also, but they are not in control at this time. Once the Omni
Law is passed, they can work in good conscience not being asked to
commit criminal acts against ordinary citizens in America such as you or

authority to call national referendums to have you decide by national
vote if you want some law or policy to run Wash., D.C. or else cancel
some law or policy to run Wash., D.C. You the American people are
suddenly for real the masters over the government and not the government
intended master over you! Maybe you forgot that the American Revolution
was fought so that government would henceforth be your servant and not
your intended master in America!
Now to begin exposing censored history of American money! Jesus
Christ taught a system of money in the New Testament and the blind Bible
scholars both Catholic and Protestant never noticed what He said to do
for national money. In history, it has been run both as a coinage system
and as a paper currency. Both systems run on the monetary principles of
Jesus Christ soon eliminated all poverty in society, business boomed
like never before, government taxes went down and governments became
ultra-honest to live under. I call the Jesus taught money Jesus Money
and it delivered the most spectacular results in booming economies ever
seen in history until then. With all the people suddenly well off,
crimes nearly disappeared, wars ceased, in France for 100 years under
Jesus Money, the men worked 6 hours a day 4 days a week and the wives
stayed home to raise the kids. They got so rich doing this that it
became common for working people to retire at the age of 45 to 55 and
live off of their investments in business and real estate for the rest
of their lives in the Middle Ages. They normally owned their own homes
and ate better meals than most Americans today! Also, they could dress
with the same quality clothes as the nobility! They could afford to!

peaceful, civilized society when you can have all the "hell" in life
living under wicked leaders and all the corruption they bring into
government with them. In a history book on the Middle Ages published by
the Reader's Digest, it was commented that the great Cathedral at
Chartres, Franc was built in less than 40 years by a population less
than 2,500 people and the historians did not know how this was done.
Also, historians had commented how medieval France built 80 great
cathedrals and around 120 or more great cathedral grade churches in 100
years in France but they did not know how France did it! Jesus Money is
the answer and it made the French people so rich and prosperous that out
of gratitude for this basic golden age of mankind one earth, the French
people built these great Gothic churches out of gratitude to God to
have blessed them to live in this golden age of mankind on earth! All
this censored from you by those who hate Christianity and Christian
civilization on earth! And to correct the historical record. Christian
Europe responded when the Muslims mass killed Christians in the Middle
East which was Christian until the Muslims mass slaughtered them and
told them to surrender or else have their heads chopped off! And from
the Battle of Tours in 720 A.D. where Charles Martel, leader of France.
turned the Muslim invaders back who came to conquer Christian Europe
then, the Crusades were military projects provoked by attempts of Muslim
extremists to conquer Christian Europe by invasion or else mass kill
off Christians in the Middle East until the Crusaders came to save the
remnant not already murdered by the Islamic extremists with their
armies. As the old saying goes, "There are two sides to every story!"
When they built the Washington National Cathedral in Wash., D.C.
starting I think in 1907 and completing it in 1990, they said that
America was not rich enough as a nation to ever afford to build another
great church like this by the old Gothic methods of the Middle Ages.
Tiny Chartres, France with less than 2,500 population using Jesus Money
built a great cathedral almost as big as the Washington National
Cathedral and in a fraction of the time. By the Chartres formula of
population, under Jesus Money today, America could maybe build up to
12,000 great Gothic churches in America under Jesus Money versus one
great Gothic cathedral in America for a time requiring twice as long to
build under Federal Reserve Money. It was pioneered as a financial
scheme of banking in '666 - excuse me 1666 in England when the mistress
to the King of England suggested this to the King being coached by
business sources in London to push this new approach to banking to the
King under her influence!
The book "THE MIRACLE ON MAIN STREET" BY F. TUPPER SAUSSY
(Copyrighted 1980) did a great job of documenting that under Judge Roger
Sherman the clause was added to the U.S. Constitution that no state
shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender (legal money
under law) in payment of debts. Thomas Jefferson praised Judge Roger
Sherman who he said: "Roger Sherman was a man who never said a foolish
thing in his life." Read the book and you know the history how the U.S.
Constitution was written so that only gold and silver could be the basis
for legal tender meaning legal money in America. Copies of the book can
likely be ordered through Amazon.com as they can track down
out-of-print books as well as current books in circulation. Suggest this
book would be a good addition to history courses taught in American
public schools.
Gold and silver backed money does not allow the mass counterfeiting
of money normally practiced with printing press money or bank
bookkeeping used to create the credits to run banking with. The bank
credits are multiplied until the credit a bank may loan out is much
larger than any money originally deposited with it.
When the time is right, I have a booklet in my library which
explains how Colonial Script money kept the Thirteen Colonies very
prosperous for over 150 years and was a form of Jesus Money in practice.
Nearly everyone who came to America as a colonist ended up owning
either a farm or else a business in America. That is why slaves had to
be brought to America. No one was poor enough to work as a common
laborer if they did not want to! The British Parliament as a favor to
English banking interests outlawed Colonial Script before Europe learned
how everyone became rich through Colonial Script in America. The
depression in the Thirteen Colones made maybe half the people of America
suddenly poor and out of work which was fertile grounds to give birth
to the American Revolution of 1776. All this is censored history not
taught in the public schools of America. You as a tyrant can rule the
people as your subjects so long as you keep them ignorant how to be free
men and women in society! Obama loves tyranny as a system of government
and not freedom. That is why he needs to be replaced with passage of
the Omni Law and reestablishment of Jesus Money once more in America
which made the Thirteen Colonies the richest place to move to in order
to prosper in life of any place on earth.
After studying 84 economic systems in history, I came up with this
formula which always shows what will make any nation prosperous or else
poor as a nation. In a capsule form total purchasing power for a given
society for a given period of time and basic number of people in the
population equals value of money or effective equivalent per units of
money or effective equivalents times units of money or effective
equivalents of units of money for the given period of time in
circulation times the velocity factor for a given period of time meaning
spending rate of money in society for a given period of time. Too
simplistic a bit in explanation as it gets very sophisticated and can
expand into hundreds of economic formulas to expand an economy if you
want to as a government or free enterprise organized to boom the economy
of the nation. As Henry Ford shrewdly commented, "The national market
of the nation consists of the wages of the working people of the
nation." And Thomas Edison once denounced the Federal Reserve System as
the greatest money racket invented in human history and he explained
why!
I studied under six of the most brilliant economists of America and
Europe including a German economist personally endorsed by Albert
Einstein as teaching the only true economic science in the 20th century.
I wanted extra insight into national economics and worked away from
management positions in professional fields once I understood them
intimately until I worked in over 30 professional fields and then began
settling down. I always believed that practical experience could be a
good check to see whether academic teachings in economics were valid or
else clever sophism meaning sounds good but is like gold's fool which
looks good but is a fake and worthless in reality. I think they
overstated it, but an international organization once representing some
of the Who's Who of America and Europe once wrote me up as "the Einstein
of American Economics." And they invited me to international membership
with them as the youngest member they had ever offered their membership
to in America.
Do you want Obama to form the developing economy of America when the
only real economics he ever studied was Communist economics from
Communist teachers that he submitted to as their pupil? Or do you want a
practical man and academic man in economics who dealt with the most
brilliant economic brains in the world to help shape the American
economy into super prosperity for America and starting from America
spreads all over the world as other nations learn from the American
example. I believe that common sense is more valuable in professional
fields than just extensive book learning, but for whatever it is worth,
they gave me an I.Q. test when I moved to Wash., D.C. and they said I
scored the highest I.Q. ever tested in Wash., D.C. outside of a
mathematician who worked for the banking field and they said that he was
too brilliant for even his bosses to know what to tell him what to do.
They said because I completed the I.Q. test in half time which was
suppose to be "Impossible" to do, I destroyed the time factor to
measuring I.Q. so they stated that I had scored an official I.Q. rating
of "beyond scientific measurement." I think that a high I.Q. rating
means that you are good at learning from books which is academic
learning. But without common sense, you could end up as an "educated
idiot" great on details to recite but dumb in application. A Canadian
business friend of mine once stated what I totally agreed with,
"Education is application!" That is why that Thomas Edison with
virtually no formal education but highly self-educated invented nearly a
1,000 inventions which could be turned into new industries for America
such as the movie industry, recording industry, electrical generation,
and electric light bulbs for example!
As my mother once rated by I.Q. test to be the most brilliant child
in American history up to them and entered a state university without
formal education as she self-educated herself. Her grandmother taught
her how to read and write and then she taught herself anything that she
wanted to know about. She was a child actress and had no time for formal
schooling. My father was a genius in common sense in engineering and
some other fields. I got some good academic brains from my mother and
some good common sense from my father. With that, I can see how to do
things that other people cannot see until shown to them first. And any
smart person is automatically a team player. You form a think tank of
those who are gifted and can help you come up with the best answer for
the people and nation. As my mother said and which I strongly approved
of, "A good leader is a good evaluator." You listen to others. Any man
who thinks that he knows all answers and others are not also very smart
in some field or another is a very dumb person in final analysis! When
the bright can see a common idea by consensus, then you should have a
gem of an idea after that. And then if you are a leader, you make the
idea become reality in society. It took a man with vision to create the
Suez Canal, or create the Panama Canal, or create Hoover Dam. My vision
is how to make the Omni Law massively serve the American people in
national and world economics, in freedom, and developing a wonderful
live to live in as an American citizen. I love to raise people how to
their God-given potential in life. Gen. Patton practiced that principle
in the soldiers that he led and his boys startled the Nazis how good
they were in battle and strategy. Nazi intelligence rated Gen. Patton
the most capable general of America in World War II.
Enough said! Through the Omni Law I can skyrocket America into super
greatness as I have found America loaded with natural geniuses across
America and Wash., D.C. holding them back by bad and corrupt government
in America. Release the genius of America and America will then startle
the world with its greatness and colossal success in economics, freedom,
etc.

two First Consuls to head the Roman Republic. It kept the Roman
Republic dynamic, prosperous, and free as a nation and people. No one
could become a dictator while this situation remained in Rome. I am the
checkmate for Obama or a joint ally for another if a good President in
the White House. I can work together with the right leader or block a
bad leader from destroying America if allowed to otherwise! )
