Even though this document was primarily
written for county elected Sheriffs and their deputies it also applies equally
well to municipal and city police and other "law enforcement"
personnel. The difference being generally that cities are incorporated and are
therefore corporations. Since they are corporations any and all of their
employees are corporate employees. In the case of police these would be and are
equivalent to corporate security guards guarding the interests of the
corporation. These interests may include but are not limited to the corporate
property (streets, signs, etc.) but also those paying money into the corporate
coffers as "income sources" or as are usually called "tax
payers". The real, true and lawful law enforcement personnel are the
locally elected Sheriff and his department and deputies. Keeping the above in
mind while reading the information presented below will create many insights
and understandings of the mess we are all in today.
