This is what is left of the original RuSA, started by Tim Turner. It's going nowhere! As for General Carter Ham's Republic; who the hell knows? He has no web site and doesn't know how to speak to anybody and make his case. At least, not yet; maybe tomorrow if the blurb at the top of the page is correct, and I seriously doubt that it is.
