Freewill has one question!! Why has this General Ham never used the term “De Jure”?
De Jure is the opposite of De Facto
De Facto is defined as “Illegitimate but in effect”
De Jure is defined as “by right : of right“
The people must comprehend what form of government and/or republic they are hearing about.
Remember this, the (corporate) government we have had since 1861 has been De Facto.
The De Facto can never claim to be De Jure as they have no grounds for standing.
To eliminate confusion on all these various "republics" and "interim presidents", look for the one that is in the De Jure venue.
If you still don't get it, start reading the 1215 A.D. Magna Carta and every founding document since then to now.
Then you should see the big picture.

General Ham and the Republic isn't going to be a De Jure Republic either. They are rescuing us from the De Facto Corporate Government; establishing a temporary government and then WE the PEOPLE must elect our new De Jure Republic representatives.

Also Anonymous, What ever this General Ham does will only make things easier on the De Jure form of republic. I do agree with you on that. Also over the last 5 or so years most of the documents and notices have been published on nesaranews.blogspot.com that have been published world wide.
This is total nonsense. There is no republic, General Ham is a con like Tim Turner and no republic military is established. This is just more bullshit like Drake used to spread. BTW, whatever happened to Drake?
I showed you the documents on the De Jure republic... and it has nothing to do with Ham or any other wannabe outfits out there. The international community only recognizes one legitimate government within America due to several years of unrebutted notices and rebuilding of original jurisdiction. Nothing new has been created, only the abandoned has been re-inhabited. This is published at the Hague world court as well. Don't take my word for it, look it up for yourself or remain in brain dead denial believing total nonsense of what you don't know. Besides, time will tell and future history books will reflect everything.
