Tony: We’re all ready – let’s do it! Good morning, TNT! Today is Wednesday, December 10, 2014. We’re going to start this call off right – Kenny, Happy Birthday! I was going to sing, but we’ll save that for another birthday. This is part of our history. Hopefully it will be a super-fantastic today – I am absolutely feeling good today.
I want to get the negative part out of the way – let you know where I am in this situation. Everything we were promised last February, after we got back on the table and part of the team… we were absolutely told by someone we deeply respect, someone high up, that we have earned our place at the table – us as citizens being treated fairly. We were told that, and told the conditions to go from there. Until we see that isn’t going to happen, we will let the government do what it has to do as we won’t know the other things that are involved. We ARE still involved in the process. For someone out there to say we are getting ready to burn the house done is irresponsible at this time, sending out the wrong message when we are this close to getting what we want here. Even though some have asked us to do that (earlier), we wouldn’t hesitate if it were the right thing. To do it simply because we want this done yesterday or last Tuesday, all that would do would be to prolong this for months or years. It is NOT the time to do that. The time to do that is after Iraq goes, they get theirs and we don’t see anything for us. If it turns out they were stringing us along, or we only get 50 cents, then that was not our understanding. Then we have nothing to lose and if we go down, we’ll take some people down with us. If they are just going to be unfair, then we’ll expose it all. We are clearly NOT at that point today, so for someone to tell you ‘we’re getting ready to do this or that” – what’s the point? Especially if they don’t have the documentation, recordings, etc. Why do that, just because it come out on Monday like you wanted? They aren’t concerned with that, they are concerned with those who do have the information. I mention this because I’ve had some phone calls about information floating around and that this not the information that we have, that would prove things in court, or even know who to bring into a courtroom. They haven’t been contacted for Congressional overview.
DC: Only a select group of us have, and not because we want to!
Tony: All our calls are listened to; all the agencies know who we are, who we talk to, where we are, and if they were concerned, they would have contacted those people, too. I don’t think this is the time to do anything stupid.
DC: I think raising hell now would be shooting yourself in the foot. We’ll all be okay. I hope everyone is having a great Wednesday. I want to change the format a little bit today, because the Iraqi information blends together a bit.
Bottom line is that folks who are getting the RV come in two different camps. One is the ‘mother camp’, saying “because I said so”. They say, “We want to do it on this particular timeline because we say so”; and they are saying “Why aren’t you letting us do it?” and this camp replies “Because I said so” because there are power politics, time to prep, etc. This camp is led by the US Treasury. I’m not trying to stir anything up, I’m just the football announcer. They want to do this in a concerted fashion starting in several days to a week, roll it out for Dinarland leading up to Christmas, and then stop until the new year.
There is the other side of this table, which is everyone like Iraq, the IMF, BIS, Bank of England, US politicians, central banks, elder statesmen on both sides of the aisle, some bankers and a few others. They want to get this done immediately, they have done all the planning they want to, and they are telling the US to do what they want, but they want this to be released now. Some conspiracy nuts think “the man” wants to keep you down, but “the man” doesn’t care about you. Now these two sides have had meetings, they have come together, and they have agreed to let Iraq polish up a few things and then the US will let this go. The US is able to pick the rollout plan for US citizens along their political lines. Iraq finishes this up in the next few hours, and then they can do it pretty close to immediately. The US rollout would then start in a couple of days for the internet groups. The rest of the general public will then filter in.
So what we understand has been agreed is that Iraq is cleaning up a few things, Iraq and the world will revalue, and the US will start the rollout in a few days for the internet groups. Tony, help me out on cleaning that up!
Tony: There was a meeting in DC two days ago, after our last call. Everyone agreed they would do these last three things – not important to us, but “because you said so”. We are now within the window. There was a compromise so everyone wins. It could be any time to today to the 22nd of December – that is when it ends. It could start any day but it ends on the 22nd, and restarts after the 2nd of January. If they get us (on the internet) done before the 22nd, there is no arguing. The other 4-5 million who don’t listen to the call get it after the New Year, and that’s what the US wants. We have 23,000 on the call, and that is a lot less than five million. If we each connect with ten others, that’s still a lot less than five million, so they feel they have achieved their goal.
Everyone wants to go immediately, by the close of business today, apart from one group. The parliamentary stuff will be done today, and they get to choose their own time. The US also gets to choose its own time, how it will roll out and who gets to participate. That’s why I’m super-fantastic – it’s reasonable where are today. The US got everything they asked for, so they should be happy, too.
Some people don’t have all the information, so getting people to do something stupid at this point doesn’t really make sense. If this is the truth or not the truth, you don’t want to be burning down the house when you don’t know who is in it! The 559 number has been on the line for over 700 minutes, and they are gone! It’s One-question Wednesday…
860 caller: [Appreciation] First time caller! My question is this: on the rollout plan, will there be one 800 number, or is that only connected to the bank that will take everyone, or will we still get the choice of banks?
DC: We understand that each bank will handle their own processing. Many banks don’t want to deal with the general people, pulling in their select customers. They have put the general masses back on the lead bank, and that is also why it will take longer to get everyone through – because not as many banks will be involved.
Caller: so you call that number, you can change things down the road…?
Tony: Calling the 800 number is the fastest way to get an appointment. Other banks will give you their 800 numbers or pamphlets, and it may take longer to make appointments. But the 800 number is for direct appointments. Hopefully it will really work!
903 caller: Is this coming to an end? I’ve been waiting very patiently.
Tony: That’s what we are hearing! I’m still waiting – I’m not on fire yet!
Caller: It’s good to hear! Have a good Christmas!
650 caller: What are we looking for after this meeting, which I assume was the IMF meeting with Iraq…?
DC: That was one meeting of many.
Caller: What should we expect to see from Iraq? A speech from Abadi, what other clues?
DC: I don’t think we will see that much. The CBI will change the rate, making sure that no one gets in the way. After this legislative round is over in a couple of hours, they will tell the US that the list has been checked off, and they will get together with Abadi and the CBI. They will then pull the trigger, and then Abadi will make a minor speech in Iraq to not cause an international stir, and that will change the rate inside Iraq. The US may take a few days to open this up, or they may use this as the signal to quietly release this to the internet right away.
617 caller: How do they determine if we will get the contract rate or not… Is that just dinar, dong as well, or does it depend on what you have overall?
Tony: That is how they did the early payouts, to let the bankers know how much to pay each person. It may not got that way when we go, and that’s when I throw DC under the bus…
DC: The early exchanges were done for politically connected folks, etc., and the that’s what put them on the list. Law enforcement then checked them out. We are not on the list. If you are a bad guy, associated with some criminal organization, 1) you’re an idiot and 2) they will check out everyone going through this thing, so the federales will take all your money and come after you. It will go quickly through the first appointments, it’s whoever gets through the door quickest, and it’s not who is preselected for the high rates.
Tony: They will get you through the appointments first, then check backgrounds.
Caller: So we all get the chance at contract rates for both dinar and dong? And are there a lot of currency people in Massachusetts?
DC: Yes, rates will be available, and there are some dinarians in Boston, but otherwise, not that many in Massachusetts. There are exchange centers all over.
636 caller: [chitchat about sports teams in Texas] DC, suggestions for St. Louis? We have no WF or Chase.
DC: The major banks all have access, and every major metropolitan center will have banks or affiliates that will handle dinar. They want to spread this out.
Caller: I’ve been in this 4-5 years, and we keep hearing this is being stopped by the US. I am looking for reassurance, I guess – are we at the point where the US administration is now on board and will move forward with this deal?
DC: They are on board at this moment. The timing and attitudes change frequently, so I’m not betting the farm, but a lot of people are on the end of their rope. Even the guys delaying it are beyond the argument about the Iraqi and US public having access to it. It’s just a matter of timing and having all the boxes checked.
Tony: We have earned our place at the table, and we are waiting for when and how. Two days ago everyone was in agreement.
509 caller: [Appreciation] My sister-in-law has a question that I will read. Is it possible to exchange in Spokane? Also, she’s worried about vulnerability of funds between exchange and spreading the funds out into investments. Can this be covered by excess insurance in Spokane?
DC: We are not lawyers or financials advisers, but if you are looking for protects, get a CEDARS account or an insured money market account. They can do that very quickly or convert an existing account into a CEDARS account very quickly. I’m not sweating it.
Tony: The people doing the exchanges are telling us to tell people to put this money into CEDARS accounts. The banks are not going to fail while we are putting all this money in! They are not going to fail in the three days while you are working this out!
When you call the 800 numbers, they will have affiliate banks everywhere, possibly tier 2 banks, for everybody to exchange.
Caller: I’m the one who thought DC was a marine.
DC: I’m not, but I envy you Camp Pendleton – they play beach volleyball every lunch-time!
Tony: In 30 seconds, DC took the world’s greatest fighting machine and reduced them to pansies playing volleyball!
410 caller: “It seemed that the time would come evolutionarily when humans might have acquired enough knowledge of generalized principles to permit a graduation from class-two (entropically selfish) evolution into class-one (syntropically cooperative) evolution, thereafter making all the right moves for all the right reasons. “ Buckminister Fuller, Critical Path, 1981. And now I feel I need to dance around the house, cleaning, feeling that higher energy! [Appreciation]
Tony: I thought maybe we shouldn’t have a call today because I hope we will have one tomorrow!
602 caller: I was impressed with the caller on Monday with his prayers for Afghanistan, so that they get this amazing grace for their country… [Afghanistan? Surely she must mean Iraq?] Also, for those who do not understand what the UCC really means, please do NOT write “without prejudice”, as it will cause nothing but trouble. I’m not an attorney, but this is good advice – just don’t.
Tony: I don’t think you are referring to our call…
DC: This was discussed a while back.
Caller: If this is for the benefit of the US people, please don’t burn down any houses, because the US Treasury is trying to bring us back to the great nation we were before the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
602 caller: A few weeks ago, DC mentioned something about provisions made for military overseas. Is that still available, and for US citizens who cannot get back to the States – can they get contract rates overseas?
DC: Military is different, of course, as they are serving overseas – they have a specific way to get the rates. For ex-pats, there have been discussions, and I understand that there are affiliates of the big banks in those areas that use the Bank of Ireland system. They can get the higher rates that way. The US wants to make sure that they will get the taxes for all that money overseas, so they are making sure that works and will be properly accounted for. I think you will be okay, and the packages should address that. If there are contract rates available, then contractors overseas should have access to them. That should be clarified in the packages because they have talked this over pretty well. The information will part of the 4-7 days of talks we do, or it will be part of the websites we will direct people to with the release of the 800 numbers.
My understanding is that military commanders will be able to route their people to wherever they need to go, because many picked up dinar ten years ago and put it in their sock drawers. They will inform their people, including contractors.
435 caller: Will we have a place to exchange in Hawaii?
DC: There are several places in Honolulu; the other islands, I don’t know about.
908 caller: How can we get registered for one of Ray’s courses? Can Tony take my number and have Ray call me?
Tony: He does something on OpenMike, I think…
Ray: There is a contact list you can sign up on. Tony, take her number.
Tony: Ray doesn’t like to say he does this in public, because there are many idiots out there. I’ll take your number.
503 caller: I’ve been wondering, if you do get the contract rate on dong or dinar, and the tax is higher on contract rates, will you get taxed higher on the other currencies?
DC: Dinar has the potential of being taxed at a different rate, so we are consistently told to keep the dinar exchange separate from the other. The tax rate is still unclear.
Caller: If you exchange up to 50 million dinar at contract rates and exchange beyond that at international rates, will the excess be taxed at the higher rate?
DC: I don’t’ think they can do that. You will be taxed at a higher rate on the contract exchange, and the lower rate for the rest of it.
775 caller: I’m feeling better after hearing you say ‘super-fantastic’. Will the 800 number only come out on Twitter?
Tony: I will broadcast that on Twitter, in the forum, as a Tony blast, and on our other three sites – unless they tell me something different. That would be tntsuperfantastic.com, .info, and .net. Those three sties are not active yet. When the information becomes available, we will post it on all those sites, because www.tntdinar.com will be closed down. We will send it out by email and every other avenue that we can.
DC: They will let information flow through email and other methods, but they also want to control the flow of information, so they will close down our sites down, and send you to their own websites.
Tony: We will be doing this live, and it won’t be passed to other dinar sites like DinarGuru.
DC: We will not get the packages until this goes through.
Tony: It has to happen, then they will call us, then we will get the packets. So it’s not obvious when exactly this will be released. Hopefully we will talk to you very soon and it will be a very Merry Christmas.
209 caller: Those who are members of the Admiral’s group or General64 – will they get their contract rates, and will the general public get contract rates as well?
Tony: Yes, they will get their rates, and the public will have access to contract rates, too. We don’t really know how that will work; it is constantly changing. Many legitimate have already gone through and go the rates they agreed upon. Some groups are not legitimate and may never go through. For the most part, you will get the rate agreed upon if you are part of a legitimate group.
301 caller: Someone mentioned the three zeroes again, and someone said that Iraq is now looking at March 2015 for all this to take place.
DC: That might be when they END the removal of the three-zero notes – when they stop allowing big business to use those larger notes. That has nothing to do with the RV.
Caller: So you said between now and the 2nd, correct?
Tony: That is the plan right now, for exchanges to END by the 22nd until the end of the year. It could start today, tomorrow, any day. They got everything done by close of business today, and then Iraq has the right to say the time and to just DO it and then tell the world about it later. The Budget has already been done, and Iraq wants to do the RV and announce it afterwards, lest it gets stops again.
832 caller: How are you doing today? [Super-fantastic!] When Iraq is finished and they announce it, will they be totally international even if the US doesn’t allow it.
DC: Yes. All the US is looking to control is the rollout process to US citizens.
Tony: An article came out yesterday about “End of mission IMF press release”.
281 caller: Can you explain more about the background checks, please?
DC: The background checks will be fairly simple and routine. Let’s say you got through the cattle chute and your 20 minute appointment. You will have a certain percentage of your cash, then they will run a background check to make sure you are not a criminal, and you are an upstanding citizen. It’s similar to what they do when you open a new account now.
Caller: So if I can open a bank account, I can probably pass a background check? One of my group also wants to know if you can exchange if you have IRS debt.
DC: Yes. The bank can always kick you out later if they find you have made anti-banking statements. And if you have IRS debt, you’ll be able to pay it after exchanging!
Q: What if someone is a gang member or organized crime person and wants to exchange?
DC: If you are a bad guy, you will get busted and your accounts will be frozen. They will follow laws and procedures, but they are using this as a huge dragnet to catch a lot of bad guys – and they are knocking this out of the park!
832 caller: This is my second time on the call! It sounds like this will be a great Christmas for a lot of people, and many will be helping others with their issues. I will be one of them, and I’ll be setting up a teaching foundation. Is Zim still in the first basket, at international rates? Also, will we still hear from you afterwards?
Tony: Do you have all the Zim that you want, because the price will go up when we answer that question!
DC: Yes, it is. If this does go as we expect, before Christmas, many will be very generous. Zim is planning to be in there according to all the banks we are talking to? However, we do understand that our direct contact with you will be curtailed after the 800 numbers are releasing. Tony and I will both be signing stringent NDAs. However, we hope to be able to help with the exchange process, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
Caller: I’m thinking less about investments and more in terms of staying together as a family-type scenario, to help and support each other after exchange.
DC: That’s a great idea, but I don’t think it’s realistic.
Ray: Quick question – will people have problems if they have served time?
DC: I think they will be okay, but I’m not certain.
Tony: It depends on if they are still affiliated with gangs or criminal enterprises.
Q: How come they double the price when we talk about the Zim but not the dong?
DC: There is not nearly as much out there, and they can get away with it! Thanks for the free advertising!
Tony: It’s not the government that is raising the prices. Every time we mention this, you guys order more, and the companies put up the price! Dong is being exchanged right now, and they cannot just raise the price, but because Zim and dinar are NOT being exchanged on the international markets, dealers can put the price up to whatever the market will bear.
972 caller: Are all Texans considered criminals? [chitchat about hunting]
Tony: They are all something starting with a C… maybe crazy!
Caller: It sounds like the way Iraq is setting this up, “trust and verify”, it sounds like we’re good. Remember, we are fortunate to be the selected through, so remember charities and those who are not as fortunate.
Skype caller: We are ‘too blessed to be stressed’. Winston, I’m curious as to how many people are involved now? What is your fix now?
DC: Before the ISIL crisis, it was about 5.5 million for dinar, low 100 thousands for dong, and about 10,00 0 for rupiah and Zim. After ISIL, about 500-700 thousand folks sold out, so there are about five million now. The average holding is 25K dinar, the median is 100K dinar, and most listening to us have about 300K dinar. Over one million, there are fewer than 50,000 people. A few thousand have more than 20 million dinar. Dong average is 100-250K, and Aim and rupiah are only held by a few “crazy internet people”.
Caller: Are there many currency holders in Washington?
DC: There are relatively few dinarians in Washington – lowest next to Idaho.
Second skype caller: You sound pumped up! I made a commitment to God that 50% of what I get through the RV goes to His Kingdom – not just churches, but kids, tsunamis, etc. Since I am giving 50% away, surely that would fall under tax deductions…? I know you are not tax advisors, but want to help as many chlldren as I can in Haiti and other countries. Do you know if that would be tax deductible so that more can be poured back in for them?
DC: That is very generous. The best thing you can do is talk to a tax attorney in your state. Both those states have state income taxes, and it varies by state. It is always good to have that 501c3 set up and have that tax planning set up before the RV. Get a good tax attorney and take their advice. There are lot of nuances here.
Caller: Most of mine are dong – will that be different from dinar?
DC: The tax code is not set up yet for either, but it’s always better to set it up with a really good estate attorney or foundation attorney to maximize the benefits. Small changes can make a big difference.
Tony: Did you just say that you can to talk to Pam and Ray because they are close to the Lord than the rest of us?!
Caller: I am saying that Pam says it out more clearly than some…
Tony: I can write down your name but your number isn’t here because you’re on Skype. Ray goes to church every Sunday, I know. But I have got to hear the Sermon that Pam’s about to give on that! I’ll tell her to contact you on Skype.
DC: Someone texted a question about ISIL. They are being defeated, and it will be a couple of years before they are completely rooted out. They are not blocking the RV: in fact, the RV will help defeat ISIL, because rich people don’t fight. Most people would rather have a good job and money coming in rather than the risk of being tortured by ISIL. When riots threatened, Iraq released the cards to calm things down again.
Tony: ISIL has taken over towns and robbed banks, so they have dinar. What are we doing about that? They are not really getting much oil revenue from Iraq, but they do have control of oil wells in other countries.
DC: ISIL is a wealthy organization, but we are degrading their finances all the time, because you cannot fight with no money. If you go after their banking, oil wells and other financial infrastructure, that limits the financial rewards they can offer. It will continue to be complicated for a while. However, almost all the ISIL news over the last few months has related to Syria, not Iraq. There are now 4,600 official guys on the ground helping to train Iraqi forces, and also the Peshmerga forces are kicking ass. ISIL is not an insoluble problem; it might take a few years, but they are not nearly the issue they were even a few months ago.
Tony: That’s why a lot of these financial tracking systems are in place. It’s not possible for 20-30 people to move all this money around any longer.
DC: These systems were in place before ISIL; law enforcement were already looking out for these currency issues. this is just adding another group, but it’s not a new issue.
281 caller: I have friends in Indonesia – what process would they have to follow?
DC: Are they US citizens? No? I don’t know about Indonesia, but most people around the world will be able to exchange at international rates, but I don’t know about Indonesia itself. It will be available all over the world. I have folks in Southeast Asia who are set up like any other citizen; they will just go in and exchange, just at the higher rate.
Caller: We work in 47 different countries for over 30 years. We support widows and orphans, and we are building schools in Indonesia, and other places. We also want to feed the hungry, and to set up somewhere to train people in different trades and possibly also employ them in hotels and facilities that we would build. Those are just a few projects we are working on. [Appreciation]
936 caller: Hanging in there… No one will listen to me, no even my grandkids! Do you have any new information on the NDA or banking contracts?
DC: A few things have been updated on the NDA, and you’ll only sign that if you get the contract rates. Other bank rates are still available, first come, first served with a max of 50 million dinar and 50 million dong; the other currencies don’t have contract rates.
Caller: When you call the 800 number, do you still tell them how much you have of the various currencies and then they choose which bank you exchange at?
DC: We now understand that there will be 800 numbers for each of the banks. One will accept all customers for exchange, and others will select those they want to exchange. The contract rates will be the same at all banks while it’s available. The international is supposed to be the same rate as at the CBI. However, the banks have told us that when you are talking to the wealth managers, those WMs have been authorized to offer slightly better rates in some circumstances. Let’s say the rate is $3.58, but the WM might bump it up to $3.68 if you agree to keep the funds there for a year, or higher if you keep it there longer. They are authorized to do that because they will make more money if you stay there a long time, so they might offer an inducement if they like you and if you want a conservative investment strategy.
Tony: The only way the international rate might change is if the funds buy it up and the price floats higher. We have no idea when it will show up on Forex.
Caller: Do you think is the real thing that the US is now letting this through, that they have made an honest agreement?
DC: They have been nitpicking Iraq to death for their own political games, but I think they are now being honest. I don’t think the US really wants to screw the little guy in the US and Iraq. I like the next seven days a whole lot.
Everything looks really good. The Mom camp says “You will do it when I say” and the other camp wants it done immediately. We believe that the final touches will be wrapped up today in Iraq, and then they have the go-ahead to do it when they want to do it. CBI will initiate it, Abadi will make a minor speech announcing it, and the US citizens will go in on the UST timeline. They were all in agreement before this call, and let’s pray they continue.
Pam: I hope this happens on my sister’s birthday, or DavidM’s birthday, which is tomorrow, so give him hell!
Ray: Enjoy the rest of the day, and I hope to see you in Friday in DC for the party!
Tony: You have a class in DC on Friday? I didn’t know that! It’s a good day, we are all feeling good, nothing but good information. Everyone is in agreement here and over there; we’ll see what happens after the call. We’re positive, and everyone wins in this scenario, so I don’t know why this wouldn’t got through. Enjoy the rest of your day, and I hope I am doing a call tomorrow, not Friday!
