The Document Dump that Could Kill Hillary’s Presidential Hopes

Hillary ClintonAlthough Mrs. Clinton is still embroiled in scandal, the overwhelming amount of information that has been released by the National Archives could strike a serious blow to her chances of becoming president.
A good deal of America doesn’t believe Hillary Clinton when she declares that she and the rest of the administration did everything they could to prevent the attacks on Benghazi from taking place.
But while her current behavior is classless and abusive, voters will hopefully see that the pattern of behavior is nothing new as scandal from years gone by will be rearing its ugly head.
That’s because the National Archives will be releasing over 10,000 pages worth of documents covering the former first lady’s time in office.
The documents cover the Whitewater investigation as well as the death of deputy White House counsel Vince Foster. They also cover many of the pardons her husband issued at the end of his term, getting into the specifics of how they were granted (illegitimately).
What will be interesting is voters will get to see how Mrs. Clinton was an ineffective first lady while working alongside her husband. The batch of documents will cover her influence in the failed health care overhaul of the 90s.
It will also detail her actions during the 2000 Senate campaign in New York.
Though Hillary Clinton will run on her own ticket, the role her husband held at the time will likely still affect how voters perceive her in the upcoming 2016 elections.
The documents will look into Hillary’s legacy as a first lady and will show how Clinton interacted with prosecutors in both the Monica Lewinsky scandal as well as the Paula Jones sexual abuse scandal.
As Fox News writes:
In addition to the 1990s-era events, the papers will touch on Elena Kagan, now a Supreme Court justice, who as a White House counsel defended Bill Clinton in the lawsuit brought by ex-Arkansas state employee Paula Jones.
Clinton’s testimony for the Jones lawsuit, in which he denied a sexual relationship with Lewinsky, led to his impeachment in 1998. The House approved two articles of impeachment against Clinton, but he was acquitted by the Senate.
The memos were previously withheld by the National Archives because they were exempt from disclosure under restrictions related to appointments to federal office and confidential advice received by the president from his advisers.
Under the law, presidential records can be withheld from the public for 12 years after the end of an administration if they fall under certain restricted categories.
As you can see, the Clintons held onto the documents far longer than the typical time period, perhaps because they really didn’t want Americans to see what had been going on.
There is also a strong likelihood that not all of the documents are being released as surely the most damning will be “lost” — just like Lois Lerner’s lost emails.
One can only hope this huge document dump costs Hillary the election.
For Conservatives Only:
The upcoming elections signal a huge transfer in power, but even if Republicans manage to gain control it doesn’t mean all the damage liberals have done will disappear.
That’s why you need to be prepared for things getting worse before they get better.
