We are also advised that group exchanges are to begin payout after 48 hour hold from treasury to the paymaster level along with contract payments on TUESDAY. .... I also heard that the hold has previously been lifted and it can go at any time. I think we will be in the banks well before. Underdog > R.V. / GCR So I can only guess the dealers and banks will stop selling currency and reserves if this 48hrs hold was initiated? Witchy poo says she heard no 48hr. Hold....better for us in going to bank sooner than later.
