Michelle I find it awfully odd that our ENTIRE CONGRESS has decided to stop working until NOV 12th!! WTH? Didn't they JUST get back from a 5 week vacation? They ALL need to take a PERMANENT vacation! They must all have DINAR or the sh** is about to hit the fan and some folks are going to jail or resigning!

Dr. Mark > As soon as Barzani and Abadi meet to get the HCL completed we are on our way. Of course it will need to be voted on via Parliament or COM but it is closer! Sometime next week I believe they are too meet...then Parliament or CoM for vote.
However, they do things different over there so who knows, they could have met already. Most guru's feel that HCL is done already and just not activated..
