G T  According to EXO's last Clues.......
All Ministers will be meeting and Seated in or LESS Than 24 Hours to finish Voting on the Budget

Aloha Leslie > G T Yes, who they already have seated and in meeting. It's not necessary for ALL to be seated from what I heard today on CC. (DC said, but don't how expert he is in this). He just said that while 32 is the number written in their Constitution, they don't have to be entirely "legitimate" with 32 to get things going. So I'm thinking they will just meet as they are without being fully seated. Hope so...

G T Exo.........WHY NOW is their budget vote REQUIRED NOW before the RVs RELEASED????

EXOGEN > G T  We did not say budget VOTE. We said watch the COM meeting…..It is tied to the 4th part of the HCL

EXOGEN > G T The COM meeting holds the keys

R A S > EXOGEN What does COM stand for?

D.K.C. > R A S Maybe Council of Minister????   Not sure though

Susan A. Smith >
D.K.C. Correct! :-) "The 'Council of Ministers', which acts as a cabinet and/or government.....The politics of Iraq takes place in a framework of a federally representative democratic republic. It is a multi-party system whereby the executive power is exercised by the Prime Minister (Abadi)  of the Council of Ministers (COM) as the head of government, as well as the President of Iraq, and LEGISLATIVE POWER IS VESTED in the Council of Representatives and the Federation Council..."

[pianamama63] R they to make the announcement tonight??

[asn] the budget has been approved for months but the budget cant go into affect until theres a RV! Secretary of State John Kerry said on CNN which I watched The New United GOI has been Formed/Seated! Thats what we've been waiting for in order for the RV to be released. No worries about the GOI not coming back until Spet. 16th.

[pianamama63] So they can announce the RV correct??

[asn] pianamama63 PM Abadi, the IMF and BIS will release the RV,,,

[pianamama63] asn But r u saying everything is completed that has to b done so that the RV can happen?

[asn] pianamama63 Yes...

[KIRKWOOD] Time to say good BYE....SAD right ???....hello new LIFE... We are going to become the person we know we can ,,,,we will become,,,,life is our choice NOW.. So lets your dreams become TRUE... We are so very blessed... Our time is HERE...

Per Wiki.....As currently constituted, the state of Iraq has two vice presidents or deputy presidents. The office of Vice President is largely ceremonial but prestigious.....well we know they elected/appointed three today (Shiite, Sunni, and Kurd) I would suspect.....being ceremonial they would be figureheads....and as such....

I would think that Malik could handle that from a cell room...though I doubt that is where he will end up....

IMO....he will start work on a palatial retirement fortress somewhere that he would be protected from extradition as well as other intrusions....once he has that in place....I wouldn't be surprised to see him resign.....

Or perhaps in their wisdom of unity and attempting to clean up corruption, perhaps the new government would run him out of town on a rail like they did a former PM vice president....who now lives in exile.....he has options open to him....though with impending suits hanging over his head I don't foresee a rosy future for him....JMO.    Randy
