CERTIFICATES - or a 'certified copy of birth?"
The
"Person" Lawful Rebellion, Birth Certificates
CHRISTIAN NAME
defined: The baptismal name as distinct from the surname. The name which is
given one after his birth or at baptism, or is afterward assumed by him in addition
to his family name. Such name may consist of a single letter. Black's Law
Dictionary Sixth Edition (page 241)
Is it possible
to void and cancel a State issued "BIRTH CERTIFICATE" or
"CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH"? Yes.
Is it possible
to obtain a "certified copy" of a hospital or birthing center witness
- attestation - to a live birth? Yes.
Firstly, there
is a vast legal difference between a State issued "BIRTH CERTIFICATE -
CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH" and a "Certified copy of a live birth." A
CERTIFICATE, as used
today, is not
lawfully the same as a "certified copy." A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is
issued by the State to conform with federal requirements under the
"purported" necessity of 'vital statistics.' In Illinois
State, the Illinois Department of Vital Statistics (a/k/a DVS), Office of Vital
Statistics, issues these statutory CERTIFICATES. The names are written in all
capital letters and conform to federal 'law' regulations.
Prior to the
1860's, the only certification of a birth came from the church, not the State
or government. The church required two Christian witnesses to attest to, by
their signatures and seals, the birth, be it a live birth or a stillborn birth.
The church viewed that living or dead, the birth was to be attested to under
affirmation before God.
Now is the time to STAND UP for yourself, to be BOLD, be CREATIVE,
be RADICAL To Dream BIG, IMAGINE, Feel the fear but DO IT! Anyway its time to
Question Expert Authority, ASK hard questions, PROPOSE and DEMAND solutions. To
Participate and AGITATE. DISOBEY if you must. To VISUALIZE and Organize. To
KILL the fear spreading Media - EDUCATE and INFORM yourself and Others. NOW is
the time to invest in HOPE.
To cultivate LOVE To Give Thanks for what we have and to help
those that Haven't. We Must DANCE, PLAY, ENJOY ourselves. TRANSFORM your
situation no matter how bad it is. It can be done, EAT WELL, REST, MEDITATE.
PROTECT yourself. BECOME a SOUL WARRIOR. Don't Apologize for being a DREAMER -
we need MORE DREAMERS. PERSIST Resist and ignore the be grudgers, hold firm to
your vision. Don't make up excuses or get caught up in the Blame-Game of them
and Us RESPECT Everyone, even if you don’t like them. Enemies are Great
Teachers. TRANSCEND, RISE, and Reach for the STARS.
Don't take yourself too seriously. LAUGH at yourself. LOVE
YOURSELF. You are WONDERFUL if you let yourself BE. ABANDON JUDGEMENT, Age,
Roles, Stereotypes. Take RISKS. Drop the LEFT RIGHT and RELIGIOUS Dogma. THINK
FOR YOURSELF. Take control of your Diet, Money, Home, Family, Work. Spend Time
in NATURE. Listen to your Gut, Instinct, Intuition, and Heart. Go offline to
get ONLINE. Take QUIET TIME for you, to WRITE, DRAW. EXPERIMENT. Learn a SONG,
Call a Meeting, Start a Petition. BUILD COMMUNITY. See what happens. SHARE.
Take your time. Slow Down - Small and Slow are POWERFUL and BEAUTIFUL. Wake up
to REALITY. It's not that bad. If it is THEN CHANGE IT. Don't wait for others
to do it. TELL OTHERS. JOIN them. ASK for HELP.
SING IT LOUD. BE Proud you're not a Zombie caught up on the harsh
production line of Commuting, Work, Shopping, Consumption and SLEEP. You're
MUCH MORE ALIVE This is not a PRACTICE RUN, THIS IS YOUR REVOLUTION TO MAKE IT
HAPPEN. THERE ARE ALWAYS MORE POSSIBLITIES THAT YOU THINK! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING
