Sacrifice - the ultimate legacy of Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson

Dear Patriots (bcc herein w/permission to forward),

It is my privilege to present y’all with this hard-hitting, direct & truthful communique written by Mr. Jimmy Ward, Board Member of The Confederate Society of America.
I will only add this to it:
As the Continued Obliteration of our Constitution is further advanced by the Socio-Marxist’s in Washington and a variety of Special Interest ‘Friends’ from ’without’, whose Political Theme & Purpose has been cleverly hidden beneath Their Veil of  ‘National Security’ & ‘Humanitarian’ needs, designed to advance their Political Progeny of Total Power & Control, the former American Republic falls deeper and deeper into their abysmal abyss from which there is NO return or…..
as Marcus Tullius Cicero said to the Roman Senate….
“A Nation can survive its Fools, but it CANNOT survive Treason from Within.”
We Told You So!

We Must Separate.
Deo Vindice! Craig Maus, President, The Confederate Society of America – www.deovindice.org – Will You Join Us Now?

Subject: Sacrifice - the ultimate legacy of Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson

Fellow brethren with permission to forward,
If you recall the article I posted Saturday on Generals Lee and Jackson, I indicated a follow up with a challenge - a challenge based on sacrifices made by both Lee and Jackson. This is my personal observation of what Lee faced and how it correlates to events today.
Over the course of the last 150 years, our government, including business and various institutions, are replete with opportunists who covet status and wealth.
Such unscrupulous people have eroded the moral fabric of society.
And that is where Robert E. Lee stands apart - a man whose stainless integrity could separate the quality traits of nobility from tribute-seeking nobles.
When Lee was offered command of the Union Army, he was acutely aware he had arrived at one of the most important crossroads of his life. On the one hand, he knew there would be no shortage of tools for success.
He would be supplied with the most men, weapons, supplies, and finances. What the Federals didn't have they would acquire by whatever means. Victory was all but guaranteed. And Lee knew that victory meant a legacy of fame with lifetime fortune possibilities. His status could be elevated to the Presidency. Monuments would be erected in honor of him all over the country. It would be the perfect cap to such a stellar career as a military officer of 32 years, especially since he was the unanimous choice at the most senior level in the country. Only an idiot would turn down such an enticing offer, right?
Yet on the other hand, Lee was not going to be foolishly drawn into nefarious propositions. He was a Godly man who recognized a "30 pieces of silver" deal along with its intended consequences. He understood both scriptural law and the symbiotic doctrine intertwined within the Declaration and Constitution.
And Lee knew what the then Federal government was about to engage was illegal - invasion of another State.
Lee knew this was a gross violation of both the Constitution and Declaration. And he ultimately knew he could either be a party to such an odious, treasonous act or, sacrifice all to stop them. I'm sure he agonized over these and other elements while pondering the Feds offer at his Arlington home, which we know was a distressing dilemma as his wife heard his knees hit the upstairs floor periodically in fervent prayer.
Lee's final decision was to forfeit that train-load of treasures for what he knew was right.
When we see the social and political climate of today, can you imagine anyone taking Lee's route under similar circumstances? Our society has become such an ambitious, narcissistic abomination, it would be a rare occurrence for someone to actually follow Lee's example.
Additionally, Jackson risked both prosecution and personal stature within his community to ensure the success of his colored Sunday school class.
Question is, where is similar sacrifice of men and women today?
Where is the sacrifice of churches and pastors?
Where is the sacrifice of institutions who only exist because of  previous generations sacrifices whereby those institutions are founded?
Why aren't these organisations joining forces to stand in the gap to preserve a collective heritage whose rights are given them by God?
With rare exceptions, the National Government has failed this country because they know tyranny works on their behalf. They know that control means success and success means rewards. Go to Washington because a bounty awaits!
With few exceptions, churches have failed this country because they have not acted.
As many of you have noted, the importance of their 501c3 status demonstrates they have only one King and that is Caesar, though they honor God when they feel safe to fit Him in.
Even so-called "macho-manly" organisations like the Sons of Confederate Veterans, who exist to perpetuate the dignity and honor of men like Lee, have adopted a conformist mindset.
Instead of reaching out to unite and mobilize the nationally scattered descendents of Confederate Veterans - folks who hunger for real action through leadership - they waste time pandering to racist groups while schmoozing with Yankee apologists.
The SCV claims to be guided by a segment of a speech, affectionately referred to as "The Charge" given by former Confederate Lt. Gen. Stephen D. Lee in New Orleans, La. on April 25th, 1906. Yet they have replaced the most poignant portion of the challenge given by Lee which reads:
Are you also ready to die for your country?
Is your life worthy to be remembered along with theirs?
Do you choose for yourself this greatness of soul? Not in the clamor of the crowded streets. Not in the shouts and plaudits of the throng. But in ourselves are triumph and defeat.
In fact, the main SCV website doesn't even have these words where they highlight "The Charge."
The SCV has now adopted a politically-correct replacement phrase that amounts to a soft pillow fight.
It reads, "Remember, it is your duty to see that the true history of the south is presented to future generations."
With the exception of a few, the SCV has adopted the "ignore it and it will go away" principle & have retreated when they should have pressed forward.
They have become the antithesis of Robert E. Lee - not only recognizing a "30 pieces of silver deal" but are willing to pursue a multi-million silver Ponzi scheme.
Proof is former Commander-in-Chief Ron Wilson, who is now serving a long prison sentence for doing just that. It begs the question - who else was involved? Wilson reflects the corrupt, political climate still fostered by today's SCV leadership. With true turncoat individuals / institutions like this, it is no wonder our foundational doctrines and history are being eradicated.
As the National Government drives our country dangerously closer to revolution, who will you stand with?
What are you willing to sacrifice? Who can you depend on? Will you stand and fight or lay down and become the slaves to an un-Godly, full-blown Marxist regime?
Think about it - but don't take long. They're here.
Semper Fi,

JW
