A cause for revolt by the people of the US - The people of America has been monetized (certificate of live berth (birth)) to be owned and ripped off by the Federal Reserve System Owners, their Congress, Courts and supporting systems of enslavement. It begs the questions whether court systems are really justice systems and whether the people of the US ever were in a position to determine their own future.
According to an article in the NY Times by Adam Liptak "Budget Cuts Imperil Federal Court System, Roberts Says", Chief Justice Roberts "said the mandatory budget cuts known as sequestration had taken a disproportionate toll on the federal court system and were poised to “pose a genuine threat to public safety.” " Can it be true that the Federal Court System is pleading poverty? Are they really concerned about our safety?

The Court Registry Investment System (CRIS) is a cash management system used by the Judiciary to manage funds that are temporarily deposited with a federal court while a dispute is resolved.
