11thhour: Well, apparently the problems are happening now that they need to roll the new numbers all the way down to teller level.  According to WW, it's the last part that's been the problem.  That would mean "our" level.  They fired some incompetents that couldn't get it done, and replaced them with peeps who said they would, and it sounds like they're doing it.   That's how I'm interpreting it, anyway.
