Listen to me loud and clear, Rand Paul and others have been alerted of this issue and the best way to address all parts of this is at the Article V Convention.
The States now have the upper hand and there is no better way to resolve this conflict with the Fed, or the Federal Reserve, than to bring it up during the Article V Convention.
