This information is completely wrong John, in order for the Dinar to happen the Cabal needs to be removed and the New Financial System needs to be in placed with actual backed money. The greed of the people pushing the dinar is palpable but they won't get the freedom aspect of the situation, doing the Dinar right now with fiat money will be a disaster. And as long as the corrupt Congress, White House, and Alphabet letters entities are still functioning nobody's money is safe!!!

I do not believe that the GCR has happened and I do believe that certain whales have made deals by selling their SKR's for less value than promised. These high rates that everyone keeps regurgitating is being viewed by everybody in the wrong light. A high exchange rate in USD means that the USD is hyper-inflated! You will not be receiving more buying power for the IQN or VNN but rather more paper with less buying power.
If you exchange your IQN and VNN for Chinese Yuan [no NDA], you will not receive any better rate if you were to first exchange them for USD [NDA required] and then purchase the Yuan! You can then cash the Yuan whenever you need USD without having to sign a NDA. The Yuan will become the new International Reserve Currency because the Chinese Royal Family is providing the gold backing for most of the individual countries currency. That is OK because the new banking system will be transparent and uncrackable!
Just to see if the GCR went through, I recently purchased one million Dong on December 1st, COD and it was delivered to me yesterday by UPS. So all this talk about the GCR having happened is just talk! The Currency Broker would not have sold or delivered to me one million Dong for $80.00 if a GCR had happened! Sorry folks but the Gurus are receiving misinformation. I had to make a deposit yesterday Friday Dec 6, 2013 and while their (Wells Fargo) my contact who is not a teller but sits in a partitioned area was in so I was able to converse with him. I point blank asked him if he had heard anything and that I was a member of a group and that it was posted that our 800 numbers are close to being posted and he hasn't heard anything. This is very very sad and disappointing for all of us in dire need and keep waiting with that carrot right in front of our nose and not a damn thing happening!!!
