Keep in mind that during the Reagan administration, he was reported to have made several references to a otherworldly threat that would bring together the world leaders through unity against a common threat. He is also a known mason member and has suspected illumaniti ties. What better way to bring about a new world government than to start releasing supposedly authenticated footage that was otherwise known to have been "classified for decades." Just a thought :) LV
