Sheriffs and Larry Klayman,

The day will come that Larry Klayman's NSA Lawsuit will get to the US Supreme Court and they may just Refuse to HEAR IT!
Did Larry Klayman take his NSA case to ANY Grand Jury?  NO!!!
Did Larry Klayman take his NSA case to a De Facto Court of THE UNITED STATES' INC.?  YES!!!
Did the Judge (Administrator for the 1871 Corp) rule to get a REVERSAL in a Higher Court?  YES!!!
Will the US Court of Appeals Overturn the Judge's ruling against the NSA?  Most Likely YES!!!
Will the NSA Continue to Do As They Will, WITHOUT the Judge HALTING the NSA actions?  YES!!!

Will the NSA provide ANY information, for Actual Facts of the Homicide in OHIO, to the Attorney for the Family in which there was a hanging death of a man in police custody (see Below)?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
Will the NSA provide ANY information, of which could be altered by them, for a possible threat against the Police officials?  Possibly YES!!!

Will the Court in this homicide case allow the Dismissal of a Dashcam video with an 'eerily specific threat' against the man arrested?  Most Likely YES!!!
Why? As that has been released to the Public and possible Jurors may have seen it!!!
Will the Court in this homicide case allow information of the 'Destruction of video and audio' in the jail to be admitted?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
How Do You Like Your Court System, as this has been proven in many cases?

Coroner Claims Ohio Man Murdered In Police Custody, Police Say Suicide
http://www.infowars.com/coroner-claims-ohio-man-murdered-in-police-custody-police-say-suicide/
An Ohio coroner ruled the October hanging death of a man in police custody to be homicide by strangulation last week, contradicting claims made by local law enforcement.
Dashcam video shows the moment several officers arrive to assist Deputy Justice in detaining Goldson. Once detained, officers reveal what some consider an eerily specific threat only one hour before Goldson’s death.

FICTITIOUS ACTION defined: “An action brought for the sole purpose of obtaining the opinion of the court on a point of law, not for the settlement of any actual controversy between the parties.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition (page 624).
