     The 2013 hurricane season just ended as one of the five quietest years since 1960. But don't expect anyone who points to last year's hurricanes as "proof" of the need to act against global warming to apologize; the warmists don't work that way.

     Warmist claims of a severe increase in hurricane activity go back to 2005 and Hurricane Katrina. The cover of Al Gore's 2009 book, "Our Choice:  A Plan to Solve the Climate Crisis," even features a satellite image of the globe with four major hurricanes superimposed.

     Yet the evidence to the contrary was there all along. Back in 2005 I and others reviewed the entire hurricane record which goes back over a century, and found no increase of any kind. Yes, we sometimes get bad storms---but no more frequently now than in the past. The advocates simply ignored that evidence---then repeated their false claims after Hurricane Sandy last year.

     And the media play along. For example, it somehow wasn't front-page news that committed believers in man-made global warming recently admitted there's been no surface global warming for over a decade and maybe none for decades more. Nor did we see warmists conceding that their explanation is essentially a confession that the previous warming may not have been man-made at all.

      That admission came in a new paper by prominent warmists in the peer-reviewed journal Climate Dynamics. They not only conceded that average global surface temperatures stopped warming a full 15 years ago, but that this "pause" could extend into the 2030s.

     Mind you, the term "pause" is misleading in the extreme: Unless and until it resumes again, it's just a "stop." You don't say a bullet-ridden body "paused" breathing.

     Remarkably, that stoppage has practically been a state secret. Just five years ago, the head of the International Panel on Climate Change, the group most associated with "proving" that global warming is man-made and has horrific potential consequences, told Congress that Earth is running a "fever" that's "apt to get much worse." Yet he and IPCC knew the consequences had stopped a decade earlier.

     Those who pointed this out, including yours truly, were labelled "denialists." Yet the IPCC itself finally admitted the "pause" in its latest report.

     The  single most damning aspect of the "pause" is that, because it has occurred when "greenhouse gases" have been pouring into the atmosphere at record levels, it shows at the very least that something natural is at play here.

     The warmists suggest that natural factors have "suppressed" the warming temporarily, but that is only a guess: The fact is, they have nothing like the understanding of the climate that they claimed (and their many models that all showed future warming mean nothing, since they all used essentially the same false information).

     If Ma Nature caused the "pause," can't this same lady be responsible for the warming observed earlier? You bet! Fact is, the earth was cooling and warming long before so-called GHBs could have been a factor.

     A warm spell ushered in the Viking Age, and many scientists believe recent warming was merely a recovery from what's called "the Little Ice Age" that began around 1300.

     Yet none of this unsettles the rush to kill debate. The Los Angeles Times has even announced that it will no longer print letters to the editor questioning man-made global warming. Had the Times been printing before Columbus, perhaps it would have banned letters saying the Earth was round.

     Meanwhile, the Obama administration continues to push to reduce supposed global-warming emissions. Last month, the president even signed an executive order establishing a Council on Climate Preparedness and Resilience that could dramatically expand government bureaucrats' ability to restrict Americans' use of their property, water and energy to reduce so-called "greenhouse gas emissions."

     Such attempted reductions in other countries have proved incredibly expensive, while barely reducing emissions. But damn the weak economy, says President Obama, full speed ahead!

     This, even as new data show that last year the US median wage hit its lowest level since 1998 and long-term unemployment is almost the highest ever.

     People have a right to religious and cult beliefs within reason. But the warmists have been proved wrong time and again, each time reacting with little more than pictures of forlorn polar bears on ice floes and trying to shut down the opposition.

     (More bad timing: Arctic ice increased by almost a third this last year, while that at the South Pole was thicker and wider than it's been in 35 years.)

      In war and in science, the bloodiest conflicts always seem to be the religious ones. Time for the American public to say it's no longer going to play the victim in this one.

     The Global Warming theory is being blown out of the water by the latest scientific facts showing that such an event is not occurring at this time. There is no justification by Obama to try and semi-bankrupt America as a nation with a psuedo-scientific theory contradicted by the facts gathered by science.

     In the name of saving the environment and using psuedo-scientific arguments and many false reportings on claimed scientific facts, Obama pushes for a Communist America by overthrowing free enterprise and freedom itself in America in the name of the "Environment." He argues for a total police state in America using the name "Environment" as the front name for Communism to be established in America by trick words and trick psuedo-logic.

     John F. Kennedy once said very bright words for America, "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." Thomas Jefferson said that our U.S. Constitution made a peaceful revolution in America possible every 4 years and so we didn't need a violent revolution in America to change things. Obama is trying to silence all who disagree with his policies and this is unconstitutional for him or federal agencies under his orders to try and do in America.

      My proposed Omni Law is a necessary safeguard so America survives as a nation and maintains serious freedom as a nation and prosperity as a nation. I have had the privilege of talking with and knowing many brilliant people across America. In a free nation, we can use all this genius I have found in America. In a federal police state, little if any of the brilliant people we have in America can be used to boom our economy, strengthen our national defense, maintain freedom and culture in America so this is a wonderful nation to live in rather than a hell on earth and America becomes "Prison America" for those unfortunate enough to live in it. If our government was truly constitutional now which it is not, if we had a responsible government in power now which we do not, if we had a well managed economy which we do not, if we had true freedom in America for every man and woman to rise to their God-given potential in life, I would be indifferent to political issues and would gladly spend my time building up the economy of America through amazing developments in science and technology. But with such a rotten government in power now and seeing how things will slide down to total disaster for America if not stopped in time, my hand is forced and I came forth with the proposed Omni Law to restore a future and great times for America. It is leadership which makes a government good or else rotten. We have total moral corruption in Obama and his allies whether in Wash., D.C. or elsewhere. His policies are fanatical and filled with hatred for the America founded in 1776. Also, they are dumb being based upon Communist teachings he was raised on. I think Karl Marx showed how amateur, wrong, and foolish he was in economic science when he said abolish usury and money and all the problems of mankind would be solved on earth. When Lenin and others tried to abolish money in the newly formed Soviet Union, they soon shut their mouths without admitting that Karl Marx was an idiot for saying this and quietly restored money to Russia now called the Soviet Union. Karl Marx's "genius" ultimate answer for mankind nearly bankrupted Communism out of power when trying it in Russia and so no one has true Communism on this earth according to the teachings of Karl Marx because his true Communism does not work! They have to compromise with their nonsense and face reality and use answers not approved of by Karl Marx to keep Communism in power in a nation.

     Just to complete my statment what I would do if we lived under good government in America which at the moment we do not, I would also help Christianity to rise to its potential to raise mankind up to the nobility that God wants to see in mankind on earth. God wants us to develop good character in this life so we will make good eternal citizens with God for all eternity. But those who love evil and not good would be like sewer rats if living in Heaven and make Heaven itself stink with their evil and corruption in their characters. God cannot allow into Heaven those who would turn it into a sewer if they were allowed to live there. That is logical and I have stated the obvious here.

      In the New Testament it is taught that those who lead for evil in their society started by previous generations will be totally punished by God not only for the evil they directly do, but also for the evil done by their predecessors as they are continuing the evil movement set up by their evil forefathers. Obama gets clobbered with so many punishments once facing God that I would not care to be in his shoes when he faces God as he will!

     And it is also in the New Testament that those who are real Christians share in the Communion of the saints meaning the fellowship of living Christians and those who died since Christ came and we all share in a wonderful common society before God for all eternity because of this. I had several friends who died and then returned to life. They saw the hereafter which is an environment of incredible happiness for those God allows to enter His fellowship for all eternity. A couple of them also saw hell which is for those who hate God and do not want to live with God for all eternity. God honors their wishes and does not require them to live with Him for all eternity.

     I accidentially ran into a woman today who remembered me from many years ago when I one time attended a church in South Carolina where Evangelist Ronald Coyne with the "plastic eye miracle" had preached at when visiting South Carolina. He from the age of 7 on saw with or without plastic eye inserted in his empty right eye socket after he lost his eye due to barbed wire in Oklahoma. He is dead now but he deeply touched her with his "plastic eye miracle." I had had a 4 year old broken toe in my left foot. He prayed for me in the name of Jesus and my broken toe bones instantly floated apart, reset, and I was instantly healed of a broken toe for 4 years. Miracles of God occurred all over that church that day. It is too late to tell me that Miracles of God cannot occur! I had witnessed these at that church and also many other Miracles of God over the years.  For naive church leaders, Miracles of God win people to God far faster than clever academic arguments why there is a God to students who are not good at science and bored by it anyway! 

     Pass my Omni Law and the American economy will soon skyrocket after that. I studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe including one personally endorsed by Albert Einstein as teaching the only true economic science in the 20th Century. Obama studied with Communist teachers from a youth in Hawaii through his college days and afterwards in Chicago. He was only trained how to collapse the American economy to make it Communist, not how to build the American economy and make it prosperous! Don't pass the Omni Law and Obama and a crashed American economy is your reward! Pass the Omni Law and America has a rebirth in freedom and a booming economy that will soon be the envy of the world after that! That is why the world will soon follow the American example rather than Communism once the Omni Law is passed!
