GOD
ANSWERS PRAYERS! God has met every prayer and every need. Miracles abound from
Monday afternoon, surgeries on Tuesday and everyday since...... Responding to
commands, showed two fingers one day and a thumbs up the next. This is an
update from my daughter - Taylor's Aunt (Nov 17):
I
received another promising update this morning... God is so good! The fluid on
his lungs has decreased.
He's responding even more on his left side (he's been favoring his right side). His body weight had doubled due to swelling and this morning he is weighing around the same he did at arrival.
The neurosurgeon is encouraged by Taylor's responses to all the little tests: squeezing his hand, rea...cting to "pinches", thumbs up, raising two fingers, scratching "itches".
For a child to have NO BRAIN waves on Monday night and to see how far he has come in just 6 short days--- I have no words.
All I know is: Prayer after prayer- HE'S been faithful. I'm up and ready to go worship with my church family this morning

KOLBEY TAYLOR HAYES TIDBIT from his Paw Paw:
Following completion of the head surgery on Tuesday the Neurosurgeon came into
the waiting area to give the family an update. He was full of smiles and
jubilant as he explained: The surgery went great no complications. Taylor's
skull was broken in a "star" shape. Had to even it up and remove the
broken skull pieces laying on his brain (none had damaged the brain) then like
a puzzle put them back together. Then repaired the big gash and sewed him up.
Wow!
You know what? God has a sense of humor! He made the heavens and the stars and today he gave Kolby Taylor Hayes is very own STAR......RIGHT ON TOP OF HIS HEAD.... WHAT AN AWESOME GOD we serve!

Taylor- your 5 year old Grandson who the good Lord has intervened on his
behalf.
I have 9 grandchildren and the innocence within each of
them is recognized by God and He has and continues to wok His miracles.

Subject: Fw: PRAY FOR KOLBEY TAYLOR HAYES
Taylor
is my Grandson. He was critically injured in a tractor accident. His skull was
fractured and wind pipe was torn. Monday afternoon he was airlifted from
Highland Home to Baptist South in Montgomery. He was stabilized and then
airlifted to Children's of Alabama in Birmingham.
When
the family arrived the a Doctor met with us. He told us there was in a coma,
little hope and that they had done all they could do for this little five year
old. We did not accept this and went into prayer and sent word out to others to
begin to pray for Taylor.
We
began to take turns visiting Taylor. My wife and I began to rub his hand and
talk to him. Taylor grab my finger and squeezed it. He moved his arms and legs.
Then is Mother talked to him and his eyes opened. This was the beginning of
God's answering prayers. By ten the doctor told us they were scheduling his
operations for 3pm the next day. The next day the started his first
surgery at 11:37am and finished about 4:30pm. Now the UPDATE from me, his Paw
Paw, so you will know that Praying to God works. God is Good and he is an
on time God......
