Interesting how the government of Germany and the Red Cross advertise their phillantropic support of the Philippines. Silent and passive on issues of corruption, war and destruction of the planet where have they been all this time? Soul harvesting is integral in perpetuating the life cycle of the parasitic dark matrix. Whose ire did the people of the Philippines earn and why?
it is clear that the creatures that run HAARP and most of these MICROWAVE weapons as part of their world DEPOPULATION and GENOCIDE program are clearly not human, I think that we all know who they are but are afraid to speak their names, they are the ROTHSCHILDS and the ROCKERFELLERS they have already caused genocide into the billions and I think that it is well past time when they should be exterminated.
