BY ALL INDICATIONS THE ELECTION LAW HAS PASSED AND IT DOESN'T OVER RIDE THEIR CONSTITUTION SO MALIKI IT APEERS CAN RUN AGAIN BUT HE CAN'T WIN WITHOUT MAKING YOU RICH. THINK ABOUT IT NOW HE NEED YOU. LOL LOL IF HE HELPS YOU HE HELPS HIMSELF .......

HERE IS A UPDATE ON OUR INVESTMENT. I HAVE JUST GOTTEN WORD THAT PARLIAMENT WILL VOTE TODAY ON THE ELECTION LAWS AND MALIKI WILL KNOW WHETHER HE CAN OR CAN’T RUN AGAIN. EITHER WAY ACTION WILL COME FROM THIS VOTE.

 Iraqi just accomplished something that I was not sure they could do. The election law has ben agreed to by all parties. After months of arguing and fighting, a formula has been found that is acceptable to everyone. I don’t know if their coming to agreement has anything to do with Maliki’s Washington visit but last week Maliki was in the US holding meetings with congress and with Biden and then with Biden and Obama. His schedule was he was to arrive Tuesday and leave Sunday.

He cut his visit short under the pretense that there was an emergency back in Iraq. One thing was apparent that his meetings were not good. He came to the US to discuss three items, the US trade agreement, to get arms as in F-16′s and Apache Helicopters and to find support for a third term. He left with no agreements and the Obama Administration let him know that as long as he was considering a third term that they would not give him arms.

Maliki had stated that he needed these weapons to fight al-Qaeda but there was always an underlying fear that these weapons would be used against his own people. Maliki was also chided for marginalizing the Sunni’s and Kurds and told by our administration that they were unhappy with the stalemate on the Election Law. The Kurds ended up gaining 3 seats while the Shiite party, the NA gained none…

Poppy3 - …there will be zero float.  They may in one circumstance and one only come out with a lower rate than the 3.00 plus value they will reach. But if they come with a lower rate than that they will only stay there till after the election. it will then rise to the $3.00 plus rate. There again will be no float from 1166 or any rate below a rate that will clear the streets and build confidence in their own currency over the USD.

NOW DON’T ADD WORDS TO THIS POST, TAKE IT AS IT IS.  I HAVE NOT SAID IT WILL COME OUT LOW.   I STATED THERE IS ONE SCENARIO THEY COULD USE THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO COME OUT UNDER THE NORMAL VALUED RATE.  THE WAIT IS TUFF AND…I KNOW FOR FACT WE ARE VERY CLOSE.

IF HE CAN’T RUN THEN THE ONLY WAY FOR HIM TO GET ANY SYMPATHY AND SAVE HIMSELF IN PUBLIC IS TO RELEASE THE RV ASAP.

IF HE CAN RUN AGAIN THEN THE ONLY WAY HE CAN WIN IS RELEASE THE RV AND RELEASE IT AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE TO GAIN SUPPORT TO TRY AND WIN THE ELECTION ???

EITHER WAY THIS IS A GREAT FOR OUR CAUSE.

THERE IS ALSO A STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT THE IMF WILL STEP IN A FORCE THE RV AND IF THIS HAPPENS – THE RATE WE HAVE REPORTED – WILL BE MUCH LOWER THAN IF IRAQ DOES IT THEMSELVES.

ORDINARILY I WOULD SAY AND THE IMF WOULD NOT HAVE THAT ABILITY BUT BECAUSE OF THE DEAL MADE TO RELEASE THEM FROM CHAPTER 7 AND DEADLINES THAT WHERE SET FOR SEVERAL THINGS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE JAN 1 2014 AND IN THE EFFORTS OF TIME I THINK IT COULD BE VERY POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO STEP IN AND PULL THE TRIGGER TO FORCE THE ISSUE.

I AND MANY SOURCES ALL THINK EITHER WAY WE WILL SEE THE RV WITHIN A FEW DAYS. STAND BY I WILL TRY AND KEEP EVERYONE NOTIFIED OF ANY POSITIVE CHANGES AND THIS VOTE COULD BE VERY BIG FOR US.  POPPY3
