It shows a man scanning through a timeline of disaster events on a computer screen, then he stopped right after a 9/11 attack picture, then he signaled with his hands and warned ? Run Away? (spelled backwards), ?Sector NY Water? (spelled backwards). At the end of the video it showed a clock at 1 o?clock, a Ying Yang sign, a water sign, earth and power sign.
