11-12-2013   Intel Guru Loechin   Here is what I am looking at the: 72 hours is up at 1 am EST Wed.   UST has 8 hours to get the 800 numbers out. Then the banks have asked for 24 hours to get set up but we will be making appointments during that 8 hour time frame. [why do the banks need another 24 hrs? They've been practicing for over three months?] it's the local banks that need to be prepared.  Any idea how big this is. Imagine hundreds of people coming in doing an exchange, setting up accounts, asking for 10k in cash?  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
