First Obamacare, now ObamaCore?

Conservative,
Uproar over the nationalized education program known as
Common Core is growing louder, thanks to educated parents like you. As
parents all over America learn what it’s all about they see our nation is at
risk and Congress must step-in and stop it. We need our representatives to
be very involved with this issue before it is too late.
Common Core takes away parental and local control of
education, and basically renders teachers powerless. Teachers will not have
any room to be creative in the classroom, and now the concept of “teaching
to the test” is more valid than ever.
Let’s take a look at what the Common Core curriculum is
beginning to teach children: White wealthy people in American are
responsible for creating racial divisions!
For example, Common Core approved Scientology videos
spew United Nations ideas that demonize the United States and its wealth
and pit the rich against poor.
ALL THIS AND MORE, is Common Core.
Stop the FEDERAL CONTROL OF EDUCATION DOLLARS DEPENDENT
UPON COMPLIANCE WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!
The new “tests” our kids will take are being developed
by the same people who worked on the Core standards, and the same people who
write the textbooks. This is federal control of education and, of course,
federal control of IDEAS.
The basic question is: do we want Washington
bureaucrats, elitist textbook companies, corporate interests and the United
Nations, educating our children? Do we want this president and the
ESTABLISMENT to do to our educational system what they did to
healthcare?
The answer of course is a resounding, “No!”
And that is why parents and teachers of all stripes have
joined with liberals and conservatives in fighting against Common Core.
We need your help. States are starting to listen to the
outrage, even while Core supporters attempt to shut up the detractors.
The Obama administration brought out their playbook to
shame opponents of Common Core into being silent.
Remember, if you criticize the President for any reason,
you are a racist.
If you disagree with Common Core for your kids, you are
a racist.
Or, if you oppose Common Core because you want what is
best for your children, it must be because your children are too
stupid!
That’s what Education Secretary Arne Duncan just said!
Duncan told a group of state schools superintendents
Friday that he found it “fascinating” that some of the opposition to the
Common Core State Standards has come from “white suburban moms who — all of
a sudden — their child isn’t as brilliant as they thought they were, and
their school isn’t quite as good as they thought they were.”
This is government elitist thought at its finest—YOU,
THE PARENTS ARE TOO DUMB TO KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG.
YOU THEREFORE CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR CHILD!?
Do not let them destroy our education system like
they’ve done with our healthcare!
Michelle Malkin warns that, “Hidden in Common Core is
the real objective – presenting the minimal amount of material that
high-school graduates need to be able to enter the work force in an
entry-level job, or to enroll in a community college with a reasonable
expectation of avoiding a remedial math course.”
There is no proof this scheme will work and behind it
only seems to be another wealth redistributions scheme!
Help citizens in every state fight Common Core tooth and
nail. We cannot allow the government to come in, collect data on our kids,
and teach them all to be dutiful government workers in a society run by the
United Nations vision of “one world order.”
We cannot allow the government to gain one more chunk of control over our
everyday lives.
We are talking about our children here—our children, our
grandchildren, and the future of this country.
Do you want the government to control our ideas?
Years ago, President Jimmy Carter’s Secretary of Health,
Education and Welfare, Mr. Joseph Califano, warned that, “Any set of
questions that the federal government prescribed should surely be suspect
as a first step toward a national curriculum [and] a national control of
curriculum is a form of national control of ideas.”
COMMON CORE IS A NATIONAL CONTROL OF IDEAS.
Teachers won’t have any room in the classroom to do what
they need to do to prepare students for the future; and, if Obama has his
way, they won’t need to. Your child will be entered into a government
program called Kindergarten and then carefully molded until about age 20,
when he or she is called into service for the State.
And you won’t believe it but Obama’s name is mentioned
in a section on “heroes,” along with socialist Cesar Chavez.
You can see why Common Core is a serious problem.
They want to grab hold of our kids early on and
indoctrinate them into their way of thinking. It’s outrageous, and that is
why so many parents are beginning to raise the roof in their local school
districts—it is also why those pushing Common Core want to tamp down the
uproar.
Please, do your homework on Common Core and don’t let
its advocates tell you you’re crazy. Pass this message along and spread the
word that our kids are being used as database guinea pigs and socialist experiments,
and the schools are covering it up and lying about it so the real truth
won’t come out.
