11-5-2013 Intel Guru Loechin Maybe a count down to an RV is on. [I wish the IMF would just step in already.] They have already taken it over. [So it really could happen anytime now. Correct?] yes. They have extended a time line to M [Maliki] to save face like they did with O [Obama]. [Are we waiting on Maliki to make the "right" speech?] Either he does or it will be done for him this time. 11-5-2013 Intel Guru Loechin Ok, O and M met with B [G.W. Bush?]. CL said a month ago do this now or it will be done for you to M. His time was last week and he didn't so now it will be done by M or for M and we don't need a speech from M. I don't know when the speech will be or who will make it. The Iraq people deserve it however. [Are there certain times that Iraq usually makes these announcements?] In Mosque most of the time. [if IMF have taken over will the rate be low then?] Not as of right now...the rates are out the roof and will stay there. I didn't give a timeline but it can go any moment. [post 2 of 2]
