      It has been observed when the electrical power grid has collapsed in parts of America or Canada, sometimes it is hard to start the electrical power grid after that. Especially if this is intended as a widespread national test for claimed security reasons, this sounds like the plans of lunatics in Wash., D.C. unless deliberately planned to collapse the American economy. A serious even brief effective collapse of the electrical power grid threatens the following among very serious risks it could trigger off. It could erase the memories in bank computer systems across America erasing your bank accounts with no money left in the bank accounts of America all electronically having disappeared. That could collapse the American economy overnight. This could threaten the water supply of cities controlled by computer systems. This could cut off hospital services unless they have reserve electrical generating capacity able to cover the hospitals until electrical power can somehow be restored. This could cut off the supply of gasoline to run transporation with in America. This could cut off the supply of food to the cities. This could turn the cities into perpetual darkness once night comes and cut off the traffic light systems controlling the flow of traffic in the cities. This could cut off the railroad system of America run by electrical control means.

      The Nesara News Report Today Should Be Read By All Americans And Now. This report for Oct. 1, 2013 is "AS WORRIES OVER THE POWER GRID RISE, A DRILL WILL SIMULATE A KNOCKOUT BLOW." As for the Obamacare so-called law, it could be immediately submitted for national referendum by the American people to accept or reject it and end of political attempts to close down the federal government over this as the issue to defund the federal budget until the disputed issue is resolved.      P.S. Oct. 2. Just sent an email to John at Nesara News that my computer went under savage hacking attack after writing this report above. I had sent a copy to John yesterday for posting with Nesara and he found the copy he had suddenly had disappeared from his email files. They are apparently hacking and spying on him like me. My email said for acting so outrageous, I had raised my figure to sue involved guilty parties in Wash., D.C. for this at $95 trillion each and the federal government itself for $95 trillion for pulling such outrageous criminal acts by federal personnel showing the clear intent of Obama must be dictatorship over America to attempt such extreme criminal tactics apparently ordered from the White House. I also said in this email to John that now I would push for extreme criminal prosecution of all involved in Wash., D.C. with these tactics trying to practice police state tactics to suppress the truth in America. I did not have to say it but Obama and Eric Holder are at the top of the list now for all these criminal tactics now with this latest attempt to block this report from reaching the American people. This is major criminal violation no. 4 of the Genocide Treaty signed into national law by President Ronald Reagan. I just saw the comment reported given by former President Clinton that Americans would get used to living under Communism in America. That implies that Obama is trying to make America a Communist nation from the White House today! American people, pass this report all over America. If  Obama and others are so scared to death of you seeing this report, they must think this may stop America from becoming a Communist nation under Obama if you see this report and pass it all over America.
