Hi Hobie,
Hope you have had a great weekend.
I also hope you do not live in Tennessee, as I just about choked on my toast when I saw this:
Tennessee to roll out “No Refusal” blood-draw DUI checkpoints for Labor Day
http://www.policestateusa.com/2013/tennessee-roll-refusal-blood-draw-dui-checkpoints-labor-day/
What has happened to our country?
Best Wishes,
Gunny

This is ONLY a Voluntary submission, just like the income tax.
However, you will be Arrested and spend the night in prison for Refusing to Volunteer!
You will be required to let them take 1 full tube to make sure they have enough for testing.
However, if you are stopped a 2nd or 3rd time for your travel you will have to give it up again and again, in which you could die, as they do not keep records for other officers on the road.

Ask the officer if they have emergency calls while they're off duty for them to show up on duty.
If so, then ask them if they drink any alcohol after they leave work.
If you are not permitted to drink even 5 ounces then why are they allowed to go on duty in a emergency and possibly drive a vehicle at high speeds with more than what you drank.
You will campaign: that at NO Time will an officer be allowed to drink or else he/she will be banned from going on duty till after 48 hours of drinking.
