URGENT: The anti-gun Obama administration quietly signaled its
willing support for a new globalist 'Code' to bind American military and
government contractors under international law, human rights law, arms control
and disarmament law as well as any other requirements set forth by the United
Nations Security Council pertaining to the possession and use of firearms.
The new 'Code' is not legally
binding in and of itself despite mentioning the 'law' more than 60 times over a
span of 15 pages of delineation. It piggy-backs on "international
law" and "any applicable law" language throughout, paving the
way for U.N. gun control whether or not Obama EVER signs the U.N. Arms Trade
Treaty!
Ammoland's Jeff Moran warns the
'Code' would require ALL contractors to be members of the newly formed
International Code of Conduct for Private Security Providers Association
(ICoCA), which is scheduled to launch September 19-20 – NEXT WEEK!
ICoCA,
the product of various NGOs and Swiss lawyers seeking "common standards of
applicable international law" not only affects the ability of Americans to
carry firearms abroad (self-defense only, folks!), it leaves our Second
Amendment rights ON AMERICAN SOIL wide open to international compliance
monitoring and sanctioning through significant foreign oversight and overreach
into the firearms industry.
But here's where it gets downright
sinister…
Moran explains:
"First,
the Code will effectively create legal obligations to the extent it is wedged
into national legal jurisdictions through administrative procurement policy
changes…"
MEANING:
It is the means to a global disarmament end. The more this 'Code' is
incorporated into instruments and institutions of "international law"
– such as the UN Arms Trade Treatty or other supra-national gun restricting
agreements, the more power it gains as it forces American companies, their
employees, etc. into compliance.
"Second,
the Code reinforces controversial aspects of the UN's transnational lawmaking
'small arms process.'"
MEANING:
Ammunition manufacturers will be forced to add UN unique identifiers and
tracing mechanisms to ammunition, small arms, parts and related equipment. Such
"transnational lawmaking" is dangerous for sovereign military
endeavors, and would obliterate the privacy of American civilian hunters,
marksmen and gun owners.
"Third,
the formula Code of Conduct + Contracting Policy Change is a transnational
mechanism reinforcing the battle effort for unconventional lawfare against
industry and their government clients."
MEANING: This is a TROJAN HORSE of global anti-gunners
penetrating our domestic, SOVEREIGN legal system to abusively target our gun
and ammo manufacturers through international law, and litigate us into
disarmament under a false banner of human rights.
In other words, the 'Code' will continue to achieve more and
more objectives of the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty and other anti-gun endeavors as
it gains acceptance and influence.
This is just one more multi-lateral, anti-firearms strategy
– but there seems to be no end of them when it comes to Obama's ploys to
undermine the Second Amendment and inaugurate anti-sovereignty international
treaties!

In an unfortunate and damaging letter to Barack Obama, 33
national religious and civil rights groups told Barack Obama in late August
they've got his back when it comes to forcing the U.N.'s insidious Arms Trade
Treaty (ATT) on America "without further delay."
These foolish, naïve groups support the globalist gun grab
because THEY'VE GOT THE FACTS WRONG and they IGNORE THE SECOND AMENDMENT
altogether!
DO NOT LET THE ANTI-GUN FORCES' PROPAGANDA WIN THIS FIGHT!
One
troubling section of the letter reads:
"Your
signature would be a powerful step demonstrating the United States' commitment
to preventing mass atrocities and protecting civilians from armed conflict
around the globe. We also encourage you to make a strong, high-profile
statement of the Treaty's value for national and international security and
human rights protection at time of signature."
Except the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty will do JUST THE OPPOSITE!
IRAN,
RUSSIA AND CHINA to name just a few tyrannies would have control over OUR RIGHT
to Keep and Bear Arms WHILE THEIR DISARMED CITIZENS CONTINUE TO BE SLAUGHTERED

to an extensive analysis in the Penn State Law Review by Kopel, Gallant and
Eisen (Vol. 114, No. 3), the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is worthless in
achieving its stated official purpose of stopping human rights abuses and mass
murder whether by rebel groups, self-appointed despots or Obama's favorite
"democratically elected" tyrannical office holders. The study
concludes that the ATT "would have no more effective force than the arms
embargoes that are already imposed by the U.N. Security Council… accordingly,
the ATT is a distraction."
Kopel, Gallant and Eisen further point out, "Control
Arms, the leading international gun prohibition lobby, forthrightly
acknowledges that every one of the 13 United Nations arms embargoes imposed in
the last decade has been systematically violated."
Still, since the purpose is NOT blocking arms to terrorists
and tyrants BUT rather is designed to disarm civilian populations LIKE AMERICANS
to make them more compliant to oppressive governments, Obama is ready to roll
with this U.N. human rights charade all the whole way to the signature line –
AS EARLY AS TODAY!
IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT OBAMA, THE CONGRESS AND THE

Many of the signing organizations are as unsurprisingly
Leftwing as it gets, but as The New American's Joe Wolverton points out, the
support of some of the "mainstream" religious organizations is
downright disturbing as our freedoms are no less than a gift from God.
The U.N. ATT would give approved regimes/member state
signees (those responsible for more than 300 million murders including
religious persecutions) a monopoly over all weaponry and thus the natural human
rights to self defense and self determination.
Here
at home, we will lose our Constitutional protections over our God-given Second
Amendment rights and freedoms. The U.N. will become the universal overseers of
owning, buying, selling, trading or transferring ALL firearms, including
handguns – such privilleges will become non-existent for us lowly civilians.
This
will be accomplished through globalist bureaucratic personnel, rules and
regulations, taxes, branding of firearms, and a national control list of all
U.S. gun owners and what we possess in weaponry – to be passed onto the U.N.

member Bob Barr explains just how far the U.N. Gun Grab is designed to go…

writes:
"For
example, a 2006 U.N. report (authored by an American academic, Barbara Frey)
lays out with frightening clarity where advocates of the approach reflected in
the Arms Trade Treaty are coming from. According to this Eurocentric worldview,
there is no "right" to self-defense, and the national government is
obligated to restrict civilian ownership of firearms, including determining
which citizens properly "understand" firearms and might, therefore,
be permitted to possess them."
Then,
he explains how the International Small Arms Control Standard and its role in
the global disarmament schemes as the U.N. Coordinating Action on Small Arms is
developing "modules" on gun control to serve as "model
legislation" for signing countries… >possibly including US if Barack
Obama is not held to account these next several days!
By far the most alarming "model legislation" is
the one titled, "National controls over the access of civilians to small
arms and light weapons." It then guides national governments on how to
restrict civilian access to firearms and ammunition to those "at the
lowest risk of misusing them."
As outlined by Barr, the U.N. jackboots suggest:

Right now, the State, Foreign Operations and Related Programs
Appropriations bill for Fiscal Year 2014 imposes a one-year ban on the use of
federal funds for the implementation of the Second Amendment-stripping United
Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) by the State Department – whether or not Barack
Obama signs the agreement.
It is CRITICAL Obama KNOW that we WILL get this bill passed.
With
the upcoming 2014 elections, this bill will effectively hold off the U.N.'s
efforts to destroy our Second Amendment until we have regained majority in the
Senate and replaced Harry Reid with a LIBERTY-LOVING, GUN-RIGHTS, TEA PARTY
CONSERVATIVE!
Earlier this spring Kelly introduced H. Con. Res. 23, a
bipartisan concurrent resolution opposing the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty. It
currently has 148 co-sponsors in the House and 36 supporters in the Senate for
its counterpart put forth Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS). Both of these resolutions
state that it is the will of Congress to NOT ENTER INTO OR EVER RATIFY THE U.N.
ARMS TRADE TREATY. If MORE Members of Congress can be COMPELLED by We the
People to commit to NO U.N. GUN GRAB this week, we will put Barack Obama in a
corner of choosing to go against the American People AND Congress FOR NOTHING.

endorsed an amendment to the Senate Budget Resolution for Fiscal Year 2014,
"establish[ing] a deficit neutral fund" to oppose our involvement in
this U.N. treaty.
Furthermore,
Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) with the help of 32 co-sponsors put forth a concurrent
resolution expressing the Senate's opposition to the ATT, as it "fails to
expressly recognize the fundamental, individual right to keep and to bear arms
and the individual right of personal self-defense… and thus risks infringing on
freedoms protectted by the Second Amendment."
Barack Hussein Obama thinks he is going to get the last
laugh when it comes to having his way and obliterating our Second Amendment
rights and freedoms – but as we did with his recent Congressional legiislation,
WE CAN THWART HIM!
If he signs this anti-American globalist gun grab TODAY, we
ONLY HAVE A 90 DAY WINDOW to pass legislation to BLOCK, REVOKE AND RESCIND the

University of California Berkeley law professor John Yoo warn us that the U.N.
Arms Trade Treaty fails the test of enforcement while at the same time demands
domestic regulation of "small arms and light weapons" including the
establishment of a "national control system" per Article 5 and the
"brokering" of our firearms according to Article 10.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OR INDEED ANY RECOGNITION OF OUR
CONSTITUTIONAL INDIVIDUAL RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS!
If
this treaty is not stopped, you can kiss your Second Amendment and your

Even more worrisome is that IF RATIFIED BY THE SENATE, the U.N.
Arms Trade Treaty will have the FULL FORCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW behind it due
to the Supremacy Clause, which declares that "This Constitution, and the
Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all
Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United
States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land."
That's right…
THE U.N. GUN GRAB WILL BE ON PAR WITH THE CONSTITUTION!
"Congress
could win greater favor from the courts for gun control measures, or President
Obama could issue executive orders for a gun registry and background checks, on
the claim that he is implementing the treaty," caution Bolton and Yoo.
So right now, while the Senate's frenzy for domestic gun
control is rapidly waning (after all, they've got elections to win) there is no
doubt in our minds that the globalists and sophisticated internationalists
among Senate Democrats and RINOs will be reorganizing and twisting arms to
RATIFY THE SOVEREIGNTY-CRUSHING AND SECOND AMENDMENT-STRANGLING U.N. GUN
CONTROL TREATY, the ATT!
After all, Barack Hussein Obama is READY TO SIGN and send it
to Harry Reid's Senate!
He's
just waiting for the Democrat-controlled Senate to deliver the votes…
"It
does far beyond what it's purported to do. It requires this country keep a
national gun registry of gun owners. In addition, it could be used as a
justification for banning semi-autos and banning handguns without any further
legislation," according to Mike Hammond, chief counsel at Gun Owners of
America.

"It could be interpreted as self-implementing, and by an
executive order Obama would simply ban all handguns using this treaty."
Hammond is also warning that the U.N. ATT is a global gun
grab that could lead to micro-stamping on every cartridge and every firearm –
driving up gun ownership costs.
Hammond points out that for the ATT, as for the gun grabbing
bills being relentlessly pushing by liberal legislators right here at home, the
actual measures themselves and not the rhetoric surrounding "gun
control" reveal the true agenda of anti-gun activists.
"Interestingly,
at the federal level, we are opposing the universal background check bill on
the basis that it would create a national registry and all the liberals are
running around saying, 'Oh, no, no. No one said anything about registry, but
low and behold, every state in the country where the anti-gun forces have the
capacity to establish a registry, they have," he said.

Further,
the ATT specifically claims to empower our executive branch of government to
control U.S. importations of certain gun makes and models.
Enforcement of the ATT is at the executive's discretion –
a dire prospect with an Obama administration relentlessly dedicated to
confiscating our firearms. One clever way to disarm America is to dry up our
gun supply with a treaty that simply declares all kinds of our favorite gun
makes to be terrorist implicated or endangering of innocent victims, and to
shut down their importation.
Cannot
happen? Well, firearms importation comprises 35% of the new gun market in the
U.S. within a $70 billion conventional arms trade annual global marketplace. Because
of massive government involvement in the gun market plus regulatory
interference, it is already difficult right now to secure certain firearms and
ammunition in America – just think if Obama could cut the importation supply
by 35%, or 25% or even 15%. And under the ATT, Obama only has to declare that a
certain gun make or model could endanger women and children and he has the
treaty authority to ban its importation.
That
this is UNCONSTITUTIONAL in AMERICA is up to AMERICANS to enforce! The ATT must
be furiously rejected by the American people, so that Congress makes NO
MISTAKE!
Right
now, while we're STILL in the eye of the storm when it comes to defending our
AMERICAN Right to Keep and Bear Arms, we must get Congress to commit to passing
TWO companion resolutions that buttress our Second Amendment – H. Res. 23 put
forth by Rep. Mike Keelly (R-PA) and the S. Res. 7 in the Senate put forth by
Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) – which declare:
"The President should not sign the Arms Trade Treaty,
and that, if he transmits the treaty with his signature to the Senate, the
Senate should not ratify the Arms Trade Treaty; and…
until
the Arms Trade Treaty has been signed by the President, received the advice and
consent of the Senate, and has been the subject of implementing legislation by
Congress, no Federal funds should be appropriated or authorized to implement
the Arms Trade Treaty, or any similar agreement, or to conduct activities
relevant to the Arms Trade Treaty, or any similar agreement."
THESE
RESOLUTIONS MUST PASS IF WE ARE TO DEFUND AND BLOCK ANY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
U.N. GUN GRAB TREATY!
