A previous article called impeaching him a national
imperative. Do it now. Do it before it’s too late.
He’s already guilty of multiple high crimes of war, against
humanity and genocide.
He plans much more ahead. He intends lawless aggression
against Syria. He risks regional war. He’s menacing humanity.
He risks WW III. He cares only about advancing America’s
imperium. Mass killing and destruction are small prices to pay. So is risking
humanity’s annihilation.
Francis Boyle wants him impeached. He urged doing so when
Congress returns on September 9.
Last December, Boyle
spoke at the Puerto Rican Summit Conference on Human Rights. US
militarism threatens WW III, he said.
A century after earlier imperial aggressions,
“neoconservative Republican Bush Junior administration and the neoliberal
Democratic Obama administration are now threatening” global war, he said.
Obama, other high administration officials, and their
subordinates “are responsible for the commission of crimes against peace.”
The Nuremberg Charter, Judgment, and Principles, other
international laws, and US Army Field Manual (FM) 27-10 define them.
In “international legal terms,” said Boyle, “the United
States government” is guilty of “serial wars of aggression, crimes against
peace, crimes against humanity, and war crimes that are legally akin to those
perpetrated by the former Nazi regime in Germany.”
US citizens are constitutionally empowered to resist, he
explained. They’re entitled to challenge their own government.
They’re obligated to do so. They should “prevent, impede,
thwart, or terminate (its) ongoing criminal activities.”
“Today’s civil resisters are the sheriffs! The US government
officials are the outlaws!”
They “disobeyed fundamental principles of international law
as well as US criminal law, and thus committed international crimes and US
domestic crimes as well as impeachable violations of the United States
Constitution.”
“The American people must insist upon the impeachment,
dismissal, resignation, indictment, conviction, and long-term incarceration of
all US government officials guilty of such heinous international and domestic
crimes.”.....

Obummer is not eligible for impeachment.He is not a legitimate office holder. He is however arrestable. Anyone that pushes for impeachment is either stupid or a bad guy.
If you try to Impeach Obama it will be a losing battle as We Will Be At War With Syria and Obama Won't let you do it!
Also, He is the CEO of THE UNITED STATES, INC. and you CAN NOT Impeach a CEO of a corporation!
It doesn't even matter if Putin is CEO of THE UNITED STATES, INC. as it is just a corporation and YOU ARE ITS SLAVE!!!
No wonder the man is still in office after five years with everyone saying he can't be impeached. They impeached Clinton didn't they, even though he was head of the very same "corporation" that Obama is supposedly head of???? I'll repeat that: They impeached Clinton and he was CEO of the very same corporation! What are you...unthinking robots? You hear something new and repeat it like parrots? Of course, there were no repercussions as a result of Clinton's so-called impeachment since he is still strutting around giving speeches, squeezing any female he can grab and raking in the bucks for his appearances! I guess he had to forego his license to practice law, but he wasn't practicing law anyway! What a disgrace that we continue to "honor" someone like him!
There are two standards in our country...one for corrupt politicians and one for us, the common man. Being impeached apparently means nothing. Obama can and should be arrested and charged with fraud, stolen identity, treason, forgery, and whatever else we can tack on him as well as those people in Washington who helped cover this up. There are so many who aided and abetted this treasonous takeover that no one dares make a peep because of either their own personal involvement in this crime or some other shady little deal they participated in on the side and are being blackmailed into silence, thanks to NSA. I suspect that blackmail was the real purpose behind NSA since their spying didn't stop the killings at Ft.Hood, Boston, Sandy Hook, the Arkansas shooting, or the Colorado shooting and certainly the NSA did not stop the fraudulent and criminal occupation of our White House! Now isn't that strange? And we spend millions for that???
We'll get rid of Obama when our leaders get a backbone and some integrity. Until then, we deserve what we have!
