The the people are not any authority over the military. You the people are not a party to the original Republican form of government that operated under the United States Constitution 1789, Bill of Rights 1791 with the original 13th Amendment. That was never a government by all the people for all the people and was in fact a foreign corporation that was recorded as such in London 6 months before it was enacted here.
The "We the People" never included YOU the private people. The "We the People" ONLY included the actual signers to that foreign corporation called a constitution.
What YOU people are describing is a flat out attempt of an overthrow of a foreign government that will only end with YOU people be rounded up.
What YOU people fail to comprehend and remain blind to is the fact that military you THINK you are authority over is the actually entity that IS the United States, Inc today.
When the original foreign corporate board members called congress walked out never to return, they completely dissolved THEIR foreign corporate constitution called government and what was left of it was ALL turned over to the military. It was the MILITARY that created the new foreign corporation in 1871.
The United States, Inc. that operates today is the MILITARY. It is THEIR company. You think you are going to get that military that IS the United States, Inc., to just stand down and walk away from their corporation and just relinquish it all over to YOU people? Wake up people! They are not going to just turn THEIR company THEY own and control over to some group of strangers who are clueless to who they are!
As for not rebutting YOUR garbage, they don't have to rebut anything. In fact, if you read your history you would see they refused to rebut the southern States when they tried to overthrow the original corporation and establish their own government. They never rebutted that. They said they HAD to refuse to even acknowledge them because to do so they would of had to acknowledge they had authority to establish their own government in place of their foreign corporate government. You know the rest of the story what happened!
You CANNOT AND WILL NOT ever succeed in overthrowing their corporation and you will not and cannot establish any new government without getting proper authorization through international law. And to get any such authority only places you right back into their corporate control as part of their world system.
But what you can do is STOP volunteering as a participant to ANY corporate government! You have to just stand down and not participate by being your own sovereign unto yourself. If you try to do anything as a group of people that requires international recognition and subjects you to the world corporate authority. You can only free yourself as an individual and return yourself to natural law under the Creator. Anything else is man made law that subjects you to higher authority you lose your God given sovereignty to. Wake up people!

I agree to a point...maybe we shouldnt try to go back to what it was because it itself wasnt what we thought it was but that doesnt mean we cant create what we thought it was with the very documents that were used...and if even a third of the over 300 million here gathered together to do this I dont think we need anybody's permission...thus with so many people this corporation Will go down by default with so many being non-compliant...no need to take them down...they will become the minority...and will sooner or later disappear...
