CGI's WG: World Bank Crash.....? Based on What??

I know everyone wants this over and done and the grasping at straws is at an all time high. Anything that happens (like HSBC closing diplomatic accounts)is a sign.
How many have these SIGNS come and gone and yet we still have the corrupt system still in place limping along on half a leg, but it's STILL HERE!!
Here are some signs that might possibly mean that change is on the way in big doses.
1) All banks are closed and ATM's can't be accessed.
2) Something will interrupt your daily routine to the point that you have to pay attention and take some kind of action.
3) The MSM will not be able to ignore it and will have to report on it because whomever writes their pay checks is not in control any more.
4) People will be milling in the streets wandering around looking dazed and confused.
When any one or all of these are happening, then you can say, YES something is finally taking shape. Anything less is conjecture.

iMO, that may have been the plan at one time but things have really changed since I started on the rabbit hole trip. Either that, or as was suggested by D in Removing the Shackles when this whole system changes, it's still going to be under the same regime only it will be given a different look.
obviously you are brain washed, the changes you are talking about are not changes but a re-arrangament of the corrupt system that continues to be in charge. Sure Hillary is gone, replaced by Skull and Bones John Kerry, Bernake will be replaced by another zionist Jew, The IRS continues to function and will be in charge of implementing Obama Care, Eric Holder continues to be in charge of drugs operations, The Pope resigned and was replaced by a benevolent new Pope that just announced he has no authority to judge gay people but woman are not welcome as priests, B of A continues full operations and so it goes.... so unless is something so ESOTERIC we can't see, smell or touch I am really not sure what changes you are talking anout.
