the truth matrix says that the delay of the reset is that they will not release it until right before Comet ISON arrives in October, which is going to cause disasters all over the planet similar to what Edgar Casey & book of Revelations stated. Goverment knows but is not telling. The reset will happen but we won't have much time to spend it but it will be a distraction so the Cabal can escape & go underground right before the disaster. That is what the Truth Matrix is all about. Since the reset is not happening, perhaps they know alot more than the gurus.
