That in itself seems to me to be motivation enough to drive its value up to where it rightfully belongs. …the IMF policy is for emerging markets to float their currencies. That has been the rule since 1973 and…they transition countries from the closed policy to the new float regime…that is what is the norm and what we expect to happen.
