After serving in the homeless community for over 5 years,
I am well aware of the different kinds of homeless people in the Columbia area.
This plan to corral the homeless people is a gross violation of constitutional
rights. There are plenty of people that are truly seeking to put their lives
back together. Sure, there are plenty who like the lifestyle, but to
stereo-type all homeless people is a horrible unGodly way to treat another
human being.
