It is STRONGLY RUMORED the VND/IQD holders in several states have been storming banks demanding to be paid, camping out in parking lots, and incessantly calling and disrupting the banks daily business.
IT is STRONGLY RUMORED that the banks are upset and having to rethink their security options because some people are causing big problems.
This entire exchange event is supposed to be a quiet, orderly, exchange. The PTB do not want a media spectacle, riots, and angry non-investors to find out that for a relatively small amount they could have made a small fortune.

I have a thought. There are pictures of every thing these day's. Even saw pictures of Edward Snowden getting in a car as he was leaving the airport in Russia. This is complete BS! Security concerns - notice that the rumor is not in the news or in a press release by the bank. The rumor came from the gurus. The Dinar RV and rate is coming from the gurus. Banks scam people all the time... but IF the RV was to be a REAL AND PROFITABLE venture, the banks will stand to profit a percentage from the exchange and THE BANKSTERS stop at NOTHING to make some money.
Security concerns - Cyprus has real concerns when they went on a bank holiday and people lined up and even brought a bulldozer to the front of the bank!!! That is a security concern and even that did not stop the banks from opening when the deal was struck for the bail in!
