Nullification is a long-entrenched legal right. If this Senator does not understand the concept, he doesn't understand the law and should step down. As well, his cases as Prosecutor need to be reexamined because his knowledge of the law is questionable. This Senator is probably too stupid to even know that he is a member of the Illegal Federal Corporate Government, and that he himself is committing treason just occupying an illegal Federal Corporate Seat..indended for a Constitutional Representative of the Republic...not for illegal trespassers that are Corporate Board Members and CEO's....and Now he has the arrogance to make "Death Threats"????
He sounds like a Banana Republic Dictator that wants to murder his opposition having them hanged or shot.
He too, does not honor the Rule of Law or remedies provided in the Organic U.S. Constitution.
He should be forced to resign for making "Banana Republic Dictator Death Threats"...
He is recommending a blanket Genocidal Extermination of an unknown number of persons that he opposes,that are following the Constitution's Legal remedies...
He is not fit for any public office...
There have been many Politicians, Celebrities, TV show hosts that have been suggesting large masses of people be murdered and exterminated on the basis of Race, Religion, or Political beliefs...Most recent are those that say "kill all Tea Partiers", "Kill Cracker Babies", "Kill Christians",, "Kill all Conservatives", and now this Senator suggests to "kill all Nullifiers"...Persons suggesting mass exterminations need to be jailed AND REMOVED FROM THEIR OFFICE OR STATUS.
Perhaps there should be a law passed for persons that are suggesting mass murders of target groups, and have their pictures printed on Shooting Range Targets to be distributed at Public AND LOCAL Gun Ranges...
Let those preaching Genocide and Extermination be the FIRST ONES to see their OWN FACE on GUN RANGE TARGETS for advocating Genocide and suggesting Mass Extermination of Groups they are TARGETING... They seem to have no problem ordering others to death, but can they handle seeing their own faces on gun range targets for suggesting mass exterminations???
I bet they would shut their mouths then and Obey the Constitution...
Governor Ventura needs to focus on the building seven. He needs to ask stupid Piers that the Fed government was able to prove that Ben Laden brought down the WTC; why they couldn't prove that who brought down building seven. Every time people asked question about building seven, the Fed government kept their mouth shut and prove nothing to the people.
