Balancing pH involves a total lifestyle make-over

I’m not going to lie to you, balancing pH involves a total lifestyle make-over. If it took no commitment and a small pill could correct acid to alkaline ratios within the body, everyone would be pH balanced. Eating a salad everyday will help, but it won’t get the results you may be looking for. Balancing pH is a two fold proposition, first we must eliminate the acid heavy hitters such as artificial ingredients, alcohol, added sugar in all forms, coffee, processed grains, commercial dairy, hydrogenated oils and all Frankenfoods in general. We need to then replace those false foods in our diet with whole organic vegetables, whole gluten-free grains, pure source water, pasture raised hormone and antibiotic free meats and limit consumption of sweet organic fruits to no more than one a day. Hard work aside, practicing a consistant effort to nourish and cleanse the body can give stunning results.
There is help and things we can do to boost the nutrition going into our body. One of my favorite nutrition boosters is Macro Greens. BULL-PUCKY! You can balance your Ph simply by ingesting organic baking soda sold by Bob's Red Mill. All other baking soda is laced with aluminum, which is poisonous to the human body.

You can purchase empty gel caps on the Internet and fill them by hand with organic baking soda and you can purchase litmus paper test strips at any drug store to check your Ph. Keep your Ph at 7.5 to 8.0 and you will never get sick.
