Apparently a lot of people on this site missed the fact that CNN was
broadcasting at 2am Thursday morning, the signing of the documents between
Maliki, UST and the IMF saying that the rate in country was 3.22 and the Dong
was at 1.00. Go back and read the post about Sat. night chatter. It is in
there.

Jeff please post the CNN link to the story. I looked on line and did not see any direct link to the story nor could I find the story on the CNN site.
This is most likely TRUE, but I'd like to see the video clip of that. I am not able to find or retrieve it. Can someone please assist me? I really DO NEED THAT. If I had the funds, I'd offer to pay someone to find it for me.
