"SHOULD BE" but nothing is ever done!
If the IRS has NO problems finding documentation for people going back more than 20 years, then once the Sheriffs and others will be taking actions to force the IRS to pay US back, there better NOT be Rumors of IRS bombings and fires that destroyed the files to NOT pay US back!
The Sheriffs should have NO problems ARRESTING ALL IRS employees!

To be more precise: The federal income tax is constitutional, the de facto administration of it- against those to whom the tax has been unlawfully directly applied, is not. IRS, the collection agency of the UNITED STATES corporation [28 USC 3002 15a], has been unlawfully applying the tax to the People's wages for 60+ years.
