Petition for Homeowners Associations

Friends, I am starting a national Petition to protect homeowners rights for those of us who live in homeowner associations. This is important to protect the freedom and rights we have in our property and homes. Read and if you witness to this, sign it. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Jane Jordan, 9510 Elizabeth Townes Lane, Charlotte, NC  28277

I filed Chapter 13 to stop a forclosure from HOA. I've lived in my community for 10 years. My neighbor acquired a girlfried who convinced him to put her on his deed. Next thing I know she is Presidentof HOA. Really went to her head. She was bossy aggressive rude. The last time I went to the office to pay (yuck) HOA she was sitting at the Property Management desk and took my money. She was also the one who signed forclosure documents. The notary signed a statement stating my back dues and she also notarized the form as well(not allowed right?). I mentioned to the Clerk of Court she stated I should hire an attorney. With what money? Right? Anyway, come to find out the Property Management Company was paying the President to help out around the office she was direting repairs to her boyfriend etc. The Clerk of Court asked me why I did not go to the President to work something out, how could she be objective? She was representing both sides. I mentioned this information to a couple in the community they confronted the Property Management Company, yes the women was at the office, not only was she receiveing disability she was scamming our community and collecting money from the property management company. She resigned.
