Humanitarian desires - addenum

Humanitarian desires

Humanitarian desires Where some greedy bastards lurk !
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE FUNDS COLLECTED BY BUSH SR. & SLICK THE WILLY-CLINTON, FOR THE HAITTI EARTHQUAKE RELIEF CHARITY ?

Subject: Humanitarian desires -
I would add Food For The Poor to this list, plus IRC, International Rescue Committee, both of which compare to the Salvation Army in percentage of money going for help - only 3-4% going for administrative costs and fund raising.

I am grateful to have this list, John. Thanks for posting it. I do not support the first "charities" listed except for having donated unwanted but still good items to Goodwill. I also do not support any "medical" charity such as those to discover "cures" for medical conditions for the same reasons cited. Cures for medical conditions are not going to be found in the conventional medical (ie Obamacare paradigm.)

I would like to know the status of our donations to political action committees.

I do support the VFW and am happy to learn that most of that is going to our military families and servicemen in need. I think the VFW is a worthy organization in which to participate.
